    Several sources has rumored the return of Nien Numb in The Force Awakens.

    My first contact with Nien was when I ordered him through mail as a Revenge Of The Jedi preview figure, using CUP proof of purchase from my Capitain Crunch cereal boxes.

    I am so excited to hear that he may be back.

    What will it be? Could it be an expanded role?

    Is he still a co-pilot or graduated?

    Maybe he is the Pilot now!

    Or maybe he became a Bounty. hunter or a Pirate!

    How's Numb and what he will do i Episode VII? The Force Awaknumb

    Back in 1983, since he was the first action figure introduced for ROTJ, I tought he might have been the one spying on the Rebels for the Emperor.

    Maybe he is still working secretly for The Empire or a new Sith Lord.

    Maybe he and Lando have made a name for themselves in the communications dish repair industry. :)

    I can see their advertising now: "is your dish broken, faulty, or on the fritz? Has it been ripped off? Come see smilin' Nein and Lando, they have the best ears in the galaxy. :p"

    I don't like him, he face is pretty weird :v But if he's in the movie: okay but if he's not: okay.


    But my sources said that Nien Numb will be the bad guy in the movie and that Warwick Jones would not come back to the saga if his role wasn't big.

    Its funny how the references to Nien Numb and action figures, as this is exactly how I know he is in Episode VII, my friend had seen the 130+ Camera data from his action figure scan on screen as he walked past it xD

    For me, his return would be great, anything they do to draw more of a connection to the OT would be. Fans want the film to feel like it did when the franchise was introduced for the first time, the familiar face will only give that feeling aid.

    I wish for an expanded role. Oh wait it gives me an idea!

    What....If.... HAN & CHEWIE are no longer friends. Or Chewie is retired? Or Chewie is missing an arm and can no longer co-pilot? Or Maybe he became afraid of flying!

    What if Chewie is REPLACED by Nunb?

    He would be the best candidate! He knows the ship well!

    In a JJ movie, some twisted part of my mind wants to see Nien Nunb having a Slusho at the Cantina.

    Like he had to much of it and now is a Fat Nunb, burping at the barman. Maybe he is Montross' best bud.

    I may have dreamt this, but.... Anyone else remember rumours that Nien Numb had been introduced after Denis Lawson turned down the opportunity to reprise his role as Wedge because the part was too small. Or am I amalgamating rumours there?

    If that is right, Nien Numb's role will likely be little more than a cameo.... :(

    (Although I'll be glad to see him back in capacity!!!) ;)
