    OH WOW!
    So mine was THE FIRST REAL Review of Star Wars The Force Awakens on YouTube!
    Or so says Socialblade and a few other YouTube Creator apps that you can use for advance searches.
    That is pretty amazing.
    Went to a Special Media Premiere to see The Force Awakens and had the first real Review of The Force Awakens World Wide on YouTube.
    I can die happy now... or retire from YouTube.. one or the other.

    Even Devin Faraci gave it an overall positive review - disliked the plot but loved the characters (especially Kylo Ren), good but not great, better than the prequels, and potentially a great introduction to Episode 8.
    "...right up until the final saber duel in the snow. It’s there, after about 100 minutes, that The Force Awakens finally comes into its own, that it finally spreads its own original wings, and then the film barrels towards a final shot that is visually small but emotionally enormous. The film traffics in nostalgia until the ending, when it begins blazing its own path, one that I’m excited to follow to Episode VIII."

    summary of the reviews so far, the prequels sucked, daisy ridley is going to be a huge star, bb-8 is cute, half the characters are non-entities and jj abrams lacks any sense of creativity. you won't hate it, but you'll be left praying episode 8 isn't just the first order strikes back
