    Which is a better droid. grade upon cool factor and usefulness.

    The last three episodes have helped a little, but I think Chopper's a huge jerk. R2 is clever and precocious, while Chopper is just mean. In any case, it seems as if R2 has a bigger assortment of tools under his belt. More tools + nicer droid = cooler and more useful in my book! :)

    R2 has Kenny Baker to add body language.
    Chopper has CG Animators.
    R2 has Ben Burt to beep and boop his opinion.
    Chopper does not have Ben Burt.
    R2 has a 3rd leg/foot.
    Chopper has a wheel instead of a 3rd foot/leg.
    R2 has rockets that we are not sure if they work anymore.
    Chopper has working rockets.
    R2 has 6 films and 3 TV series.
    Chopper has 1 TV series.
    R2 has his own builders club.
    Chopper does not, but the American R2 builders brought Chopper to life.

    I feel it's a tad unfair, but I vote R2-D2. Main reasons? I like domes and I like the color blue. Also, they both can be jerks in their own ways, but Artoo seems more like the whiny brat which I for some reason find more appealing than the pretty much always rude attitude of Chopper.

    I feel both are probably equally useful and inventive though. My preference is simply a superficial thing. :D

    R2-D2 and C3-PO are a team, I can't pick one without the other.
    This was a really hard choice, but I voted for chopper, because he is more self-determined as R2-D2.
    I like his mean/rude attitude sometimes, he reminds me more of real person than a droid.
    I know that I'am in the minority with my opinion, but the choice was really unfair, I like all the droids in Star Wars.
    Chopper reminds me of the evil Goldie (R3-S6) in TCW who replaced R2 in some episodes, who I liked too.
    By the way, their battle was epic and better to watch as the saber fights in the whole PT for me.

    As much as I love R2 I am going to vote for C1-10P for being hardcore brutal. he has no concern for anyone or anything is his way as we have seen several times throughout the series.

    I love Chopper. He is a great addition to the Star Wars lore and a fun character in Rebels but he isn't anything compared to R2.

    Chopper is a fun for a tv shows, but he is a little too over the top goofy to be in a serious live action setting.
