Cool thanks! I love rebels recon almost as much as Rebels itself. I was lucky enough to meet Andi at Celebration, she is so much fun.

I'm not going to post a direct link because I don't want to get sued (I'm a poor teacher and I don't want to pay disney a multibillion dollar company my wages for the rest of my life) and I don't watch the episodes that way myself, but I experimented with a quick google search and it easily shows links.

Its $3.00 legally on Amazon instant which is overpriced for a 20 some odd minute show but its still not a terrible price.

I tried to post a link but it won't show up. So just look for it on Amazon instant.

On the surface, a very enjoyable episode (far superior to the 1st, even with it's loving homage to Jaws) - but some of the plot points feel quite thin when held up for scrutiny. The most glaring of these was Darth Vader pulling the Star Destroyer away when the Empire essentially had the Rebels dead to rights. I suppose it could be explained away by Admiral Constantine's incompetence (panicked upon hearing there was a message from Vader, and simply blasted off to meet him rather than hailing back to say they were closing in on the Rebels). If that were the case, that seems like something Lord Vader would want to give Admiral Constantine's throat a hug over...

But the action, the walker fight, the battle in the sandstorm...all very exciting and filled with exhilarating callbacks to some of Star Wars' greatest moments.

Some thoughts on Captain Rex - I don't think Kanan is quite sold just yet. I think there are a lot of details both he and Rex are withholding from each other. For example, Kanan was the one that volunteered that the Clones later claimed that had chips in their brains and had no choice but to turn on their Jedi Commanders. This is a very interesting revelation - how did this news reach Kanan? Further, how did the Clones come to this realization about themselves? And how did they react to the news en masse? You'd have to imagine that at least a few of them felt more than a little betrayed, and perhaps more than a little inclined to do something about that betrayal.

It also brought up the question of how exactly Rex, Wolfe and Gregor had managed not to turn on their Jedi. I'll preface this thought with a question, as I am still watching The Clone Wars with my son - but was Rex's General Obi-Wan? Or was it Anakain? Because - theory time - if his general was Anakin, and Anakin was deemed off limits under Order 66 by Emperor Palpatine, it's entirely plausible that Rex and Co. would have followed "General Skywalker's" lead in marching on the Jedi temple and exterminating *other* Jedi. Rex's wording seemed carefully chosen; he never betrayed "his" Jedi - not "the" Jedi. My gut says there could be a bit more to this story.

Also, his reunion with Ahsoka and her comments to the Rebel crew prior to their departure indicate to me that Rex and Ahsoka saw each other some time before Order 66 went ahead - but I also believe they were in contact (not in person) some time *after* it, as she seemed to have some indication that he was on the level and not someone who had betrayed his comrades.

All in all - the episode created more questions than answers, but it was a jolly good ride.

A lot of people are wondering this. Rex was under Anakin, but it has been confirmed by Dave Filoni that although it was Anakin's Clone group, the 501st, that marched on the temple, Rex was not there, but we don't know why or where he was.

What about those flashbacks that we had saw on the clones? They were apparently in the cloning facility, it looked as if clones were sent in order to be fixed or repaired? Could it be that Rex, Gregor and Wolfe were at that facility? Gregor seems off and i am wondering if that has something to do with it?

As for your comment, we know that Rex was Anakins clone, but we all know he was not there so where was he? Also, if he didn't betray his General, then who was his General if not Anakin? Not as if these Clones stay with the same Jedi/Generals?

The battle in the sandstorm was fraking AWESOME, Kannan and Erza using the force together was even better, it really felt natural in the episode.

The entire situation as it relates to these 3 clones having their chips removed and why and how did they come to that conclusion or purpose of doing so? I want to know that very question, how did these clones come to that conclusion about the chips? As for Kanan i am sure that will come out in the novel about Kanan but i would like it to come out in Rebels as not everyone is going to be reading those. I am also assuming that when it comes to how Rex used his words, we are assuming his chip was still in and he elected NOT to betray his Jedi General. However, it seems as if the chips were removed prior to Order 66 is how i see it. As well, i cant see Rex and the others turning on other Jedi or Apprentices? Otherwise wouldn't they be hostile towards Kannan and Erza?

As for Obi-Wan Clone, that was Cody. Remember when Emperor Palpatine, said implement Order 66 Commander Cody?

This didn't bother me because I interpreted the scene a little differently. I took it as Vader not knowing about what was going on with Constantine, and demanding his attention without giving a reason. It was supposed to show that people drop everything to come to Vader's beck and call, even if it isn't a good idea, tactically, to do so.

This is an excellent point. How much time is there between the end of the clone wars and ROTS? Are we to believe that Rex was reassigned in this short period?

Another great point, which we don't know. Also, in Rebels they had a flashback with clones going what appeared to be going crazy? The doctors or cloners facility doctors were present in the flashback. Anyone remember that? Was it this episode of the first episode?
