    Making Star Wars just updated a trailer story and said they expect later part of next week.

    That's consistent with my guy who said reminded me today that it is going to be, "a lot earlier than expected."

    I'm not expecting anything this week. Although MSW has a great trackrecord it just seems strange that there hasnt been any trailer descriptions leaks yet.

    If there would have been an announcement it would probably have been today. And nothing was announced today, so my guess is no trailer in the next 7 days atleast.

    Source wouldn't confirm announce date, but I'd expect it Wednesday. If I recall, almost all trailers have had an announce the day before.

    The TFA trailer was announced one day before, on October 18th:



    The Rogue One Trailer was announced on August 9th, 3 days before:



    I think Wednesday is a good guess. They could then air the full thing the following day, during Thursday Night Football.

    There is no chance it debuts during TNF. It will debut during an ABC/Disney/ESPN broadcast.

    Yes I know it aired during the Olympics, the last one, but that is a HUGE event with a demographic stretching past just males. NFL ratings, especially TNF, have been on the decline and that demo is not what they need.

    Also it's on CBS. (Don't think it has shifted to NBC yet for the year) It may air, but won't debut.
