Rogue One trailer Thursday morning.

It'll be on social media immediately. Expect it to be on Good Morning America, though - so it will drop between 7-9 EST.

Should be an official announce during a show tonight. Probably that Kiefer Sutherland show. Maybe one of the other ones.

 

I want more Darth Vader in the new trailer.

 

ABC News had the story up of it being on GMA for about 15 minutes and pulled it down.

I won't see it. They'll probably will show Darth Vader and I don't want to see him until the movie.

The poster is awesome! It reminds me of Return of the Jedi. Love it!

Yes me as well. I really dont care about hearing any of his lines, we know he will speak in the movie. But what we dont know is if he will be fighting and i will like to get that confirmed.

 

I think it would be awesome to just get audio of the iconic snap-hiss of Vader's lightsaber being ignited. It would be even better than actually seeing it.

I don't think I want to see Vader in action until I am in the theater.

With that being said, its not like I'm not going to watch the trailer. No way do I have that much self control

 

I hope when he first shows up in the movie its one of those diamond shaped blast doors opening- and the characters turn as they hear him breathing and we hear his lightsaber igniting.

In a Gareth interview months back, he stated James Earl Jones was recording and said the word "POWER!", and he had a nerdgasm. Can't wait to see in what context Vader says that line.

 

That's stuck with me as well. I hope that line becomes a classic.

If they showed that I would love to see him at least swinging it or at least see his other hand reach out for a choke/push/pull.

 

The Rogue One team look ridiculous. Like straight out of a 1970s exploitation film.

Also, loathe yet another female lead. I don't care if saying so gets me banned.

Star Wars being led by a woman is absolutely retarded and not interesting in the least!

Women aren't warriors, they aren't natural fighters. Never have been and never will be.

Bring back a male lead, leave out the feminist, social justice warrior, diversity-is-a-strength new world order crap, and lets Make Star Wars Great Again.

I don't know if you're objective was to make me laugh with this post, but I did.

 

Every part of this is ridiculous, especially the last part of it. I don't know if you're trolling or if this is how you feel about diversity in general, but leave the presidential campaign out of it.

 

I think Star Wars with a male lead like Luke or even Anakin as terrible as he was, is infinitely better than being led by woman, who because of their nature, are difficult to find believable as fighters. Like Rey beating down Kylo. Yeah, I'm so sure that would have happened in real life. Give me a break.

Star Wars is fiction, but is still needs to be based at least somewhat in reality to instill the suspension of disbelief in the viewer. See Basic Instinct, for further information. Sharon Stone's character explains the concept better than I can.

As far as my views, I don't hate women. I don't hate minorities. But I do hate when both are used for promoting liberal propaganda, which is unfortunately what the formerly mighty Star Wars has devolved into. Just another liberal propaganda piece.
