    Who on earth is this?

    Alone with Palpatine as he addresses the senate. Hooded. Pale.

    A spectator to the rise of the galactic empire. Involved in politics.

    All of Palpatine's other aides have been given names and some background info, except for this conveniently placed person.

    Also strange that Snoke's initial beautiful appearance and garb is similar to Sly Moore, also from the prequels.

    Any thoughts?

    Please remember that she had the ability to influence other people minds. Sly Moore was the Palpatine Aide, she know it all and seen every single trick by the Emperor.

    He was only mentioned in the 'Tarkin' novel. Though in legends he was in the 'Darth Plagueis' novel. No mention of Force sensitivity, but in the new canon he could be written to be.

    It's actually Amidala's handmaidens. There are two along with Panaka, Padme, and Palpatine.

    I am almost sure Snoke was unknown Plagueis aid, a Force sensitive prophet of the Dark side whom Palpatine enthrusted to lead Imperial intelligence service.

    If you guys are going for already known lookalikes, you're forgetting Palpatine's silly hat buddies from ROTJ.

    I'm not saying I believe one of them to be Snoke, but they had a good knowledge about Palpatine and empire's stuff.

    Still, when I saw Snoke for the first time I immediately thought about these silly hat guys, who I always believed to be Palpatine's physicians, but were actually his counselors.
