    As the guy pointed out in a following tweet, it's possible Disney and Sony made a deal in regard to this design, but I don't know, seems like a stretch - would it be worth the trouble?

    If the design wasn't payed for and was outright stolen, I am amazed that no one noticed and allowed this to happen. Like this movie doesn't have enough hurdles to overcome.

    I'm pretty sure Disney/LFL had no idea about this, they wouldn't risk it... It must be the artist's fault. Man, how short-sighted you have to be to pull something like this. Again, there's a possibility Sony allowed for this, but I doubt that's the case.

    Now, I'd be pretty stoked if I was the original designer. :p He's gonna get compensated big time. More than he would if they approached him first.

    It's beyond me how Disney is not leaving things like this to the most trusted inside artists. Stuff like this happens when you're not 100% sure what kind of people you contract.
