    He is talking about Rey. That scene where they try to make it look like Kylo is reaching towards her was already lit differently. However the lighting for Rey in that sequence is the same as when Rey says “Kylo failed you, I won’t”. Further showing that there was misdirection in the trailer. I don’t think he is trying to say that the Kylo and Rey scenes are the same.

    No. I'm saying that the shot where Rey says"I need someone to show me(I forget what she says) and the shot she says"Kylo failed you, I won't" is the same." I'm not saying Rey and Kylo are in the same scene. I don't believe they are, but that Luke and Rey are. It's the same shot.

    It's funny that Mark Hamill completely forgot Ridley's character name when asked about it in July 2016 at Celebration Europe on stage and said that his excuse was that he hadn't seen TFA in a long time.

    So...reshoots? It kind of has that reshoot vibe to me. I dunno.
