    Generally asking is a good start! Our mods @Viral Hide, @Darth Lexor Kai, and @Trevor mainly run the 1030th recruiting, so I'll ask them and get their feedback.

    As you can tell, part of the job requirements are to cut down on spammers and trolls, false info (with intent to deceive, not just misinformed), prevent arguments on the forum, and other sorts of villainy. Also there is promoting on all the major social media services, uploading the articles and such.

    I'll check if we have any job openings!

    OPERATION RENDEVOUS POINT

    Hello Staff and 1030th Resistance Squad!

    A few days ago an idea popped into my head. I was thinking about how strong and progressive our Cantina community is and how much I respect you all and the members here, minus the trolls of course. I watched the reaction video and really enjoyed seeing everyone's responses to the trailer as well as finally being able to put faces behind the names I've had the the daily thrill of posting along side of for almost a year now (nov. 20th!!!) In light of such progress, I figured why not take it a step further.
    I purpose that the Cantina Staff and 1030th get together in a neutral location as convenient as possible for everyone, to watch star wars episode 9 in the theater. It would be really cool for everyone to meet everyone and a great way to close out the ST as hardcore fans and as a community! I figure we could all meet at a nice hotel of our choice, maybe go somewhere and hang out before the show dinner/drinks. Then after wards we would all be in each others presence to relax and discuss the film. The next day we could say our goodbye's and everybody go there own way or what ever. This time frame would give everyone time to plan and save up the necessary funds for the trip. If anyone is interested in this idea and thinks it can be a possibility, please feel free to respond and share your thoughts! Thanks everyone, and may the force be with you!

    I dig it! But, I reckon we consider this after even TFA comes out! Also, the future, as Yoda said, is always in motion, but it's a great idea to look forward to :)

    That is a neat idea! I think it would definitely something to think about, but we'll have to see what happens.
    Maybe we should make definite plans six months before release?
