Certainly. That's why I'm excited that they're slowly bringing the events of KOTOR, to a degree, into Canon. I'm sure Luke's findings and Snoke's origins will play into that to some degree. With their own spin on those events of course

Something that would be cool is that Luke at some point discovered a few sith holocrons that helped him doscover the origins of the sith and the force and realize that the jedi might have been the "dark side" or something like that and he's now dealing with trying to see how he can merge the two but then snoke is a bendu-like creature that was corrupted somehow

Hmm.. that's thought provoking! Although I'm not sure how the Jedi could have been perceived as the dark side.Regardless of their affiliation with the Republic and perhaps their straying from the original mantra of the Jedi Order, their existence in the Galaxy was always meant for the greater good.. I think lol

Someone will always not like something some one does. And there will be a reaction. If you can paint that action as bad, people will believe it.
    Basic politics.

Jedi do something good for people but it slightly affects others negatively...the Jedi can be bad to them now...

Oh I get that, and that was basically the whole point of KOTOR.. both installments. I'm not familiar with the mmo really. And that theme was prevalent in the prequels and Clown Wars for sure.

But I'm not sure how Luke (and Vader/Anakin) can be perceived as "bad" for destroying the Emperor. The politics of Aftermath/Bloodline were interesting in that people perceived Sideous/Vader as hideous blights that had to be destroyed, yet glorified the ideals of the Empire

Luke failed to keep the dark side away. His trying to bring back the Jedi brought the return of the dark in Kylo Ren...

Not saying that's my view but for some one impacted by the FO....

I'm not sure people blame Luke for the actions of the FO so much as they blame him for his long absence. To the effect that he is basically a myth at the time of TFA/TLJ. like.. "if he was so wonderful why has he allowed this tyranny to return? Where the hell is he?" So I get what you're saying

Evil can exist when people (or things) in the middle do not do anything and allow evil to take over. Being (or staying) in the middle does not bring balance. What makes a person a "Grey Jedi" is (in my opinion) not balancing good and evil but no longer following the rules of the Jedi Order (as they were during the prequel area). I see Ahsoka as a "Grey Jedi", not because she uses the dark side of the Force but because she is no longer a member of the Jedi Order.

Some people assume that Luke has kept contact with Obi-Wan and Yoda. However, can it be that, because the Force was "asleep", Luke was unable to speak to them?

I agree with you on both counts, Daigo. I hadn't considered your last point about Yoda/Obi-Wan and the Force. Excellent question!

I really hope you meant to call it clown wars and it wasn't just a typo because that would be fantastic!

I was referring to the order just to clarify my opinions, not Obi Wan, Qui Gonn or Yoda. Who are awesome.
