    Not surprised of no Luke. I was not expecting it if the movie is truly about the search for Luke, then the marketing will mirror that with him being absent.

    "Why is he such a secret if he's barely in the film?" Because he is barely in the film. If they are searching for Luke the whole time they don't want to give away what he looks like. People will be wondering what kind of condition Luke is in and an image would give a lot of that mystery away.

    Not great. It's okay for a photoshop job, though a bit busy, but it lacks the charm and artisan quality that for instance a Struzan poster has.

    Rumor has it that
    the array is fired defending Starkiller base. Both weapons the array and star killer seemed to be housed in the same planet. That could be either on but is definitely the planet where the Starkiller base is located.

    EDIT: According to MSW the poster was designed by a guy named Bryan Morton. Dissapointing that it isn't Struzan as reported elsewhere. I thought it had been confirmed that he was going to do the main poster. I still think it looks great and not Photoshopped.

    Not sure I like the look of that planet weapon. Just too similar to the Death Star for me. Hopefully the plots won't be that similar. If they are it's a bit of a cop out.

    Kylo and Rey are the only characters looking towards the left. I see a lot of similarities between them in this poster. The parallel between their blades is the cherry on the cake

    NO LUKE???? I KNEW it!! Man, eff YOU, JJ!! I'm Tony Montana pissed at this!! Should have just retitled this movie to "STAR WARS 7: THE SEARCH FOR LUKE", or "STAR WARS GENERATIONS: LUKE GOES MISSING".....color me disappointed.

    That said, Han and Leia look GREAT!! I love everything else.


    And ANOTHER Death Star-like super weapon??? Guessing this is either Leia's super weapon or The First Order's weapon that can destroy galaxies....

    Disappointed there isn't even a tease of Luke, I can live with a new death star.. and I like the foreshadowing of Rey being tempted to the dark side.
