It seems like Finn's temple was hit pretty badly.

 

Been checking out the official merchandice t-shirts over here in Europe, and it seems that, at least for the moment, the two things dominating are Luke Skywalker and the Elite Praetorian Guards, depending on if it is a light or a dark ide shirt. They are on every single shirt except one of Leia, one with a Tie fighter and one with Phasma and two st.

 

that's interesting! in my neck of the woods it's all Rey and Kylo Ren (and the perennial Darth Vader).

Well, I mean. Who would go to JC Penny purposely to seek out Porgs?

 

I don't know I just thought I'd share the offer news.

 

Well, nobody's going to any JC Penney to buy anything for awhile now.

That's one location, and given that the most frequent shopper at JC Penney's is lower middle class women with younger than high school age children, it's one of the better Star Wars items for them to stock.

I was at a major Target today in Brooklyn that had large SW decals on every door, but they had SW stuff only in a few departments, and seemed to have lots of every item they carried, despite the store being mobbed with people and most other merchandise thin and picked over due to back to school shopping.

Nothing SW had discounted signs though.

Maybe they restocked this morning.


It's hard for anyone to know what those Porgs are when they've been in a couple of pictures in SW spreads weeks apart.

If I wasn't a big SW fan, I'd have no idea what they are or why I should care.

They sure haven't been on TV or seen in action. Those BTS videos aren't seen by the public much.

 

D'awwwwwwwwww. And I have a 5 year old girl who needs new long pajamas this fall/winter.

 

Huh? Could that crystal dog-thing be somehow related to Rey? Interesting. I thought it's a background Canto Bight pet.

 

I wouldn't read into it. It is just a collage of TLJ imagery.

 

Could be, but even if that's the case it still makes me think that animal is something else than I assumed.

 

It's still just a collage and is likely a background animal. None of the marketing or leaks have even touched on it and we've only seen it in the BTS material.
