It's the location of the first Jedi Temple. That would be the important thing.

 

...like, Snoke froze some Vader's sperm and/or Padme's eggs to create a new Baby Skywalker? I never saw in-vitro fertilization happening in Star Wars, but hey, why not.

Am I the only one who had read this as ACT 2 in a phonetic spelling? Could this be a joke, or a way to avoid any potential spoilers?

 

I think people are thinking way too hard about the name of the planet. It's a weird name and there may or may not be a reason for it, but Pablo and crew aren't trying to pull any wool over our eyes.

 

Only reason why I wouldn't think it's the same Island because there were a lot of people who knew about it.....including the Rebel Alliance who helped him at the end, bounty hunters who were waiting for him to get there and the family who were going to settle there, the reason why they went there in the first place. Could be wrong, but I really hope it isn't because that would be a lot of people who would have to forget about it (of course the bounty hunters did die......but not the Rebel Alliance members)

 

I don't think they are the same, I recall Omereth feeling more tropical/jungle in the book and they were there for entirely different reasons that discovering an early Jedi temple.
