SPECULATION What Would you want Kylo Rens Fate to Be at The End of Ep.IX?

There are so many more possibilities.

- Redeemed and friends with the heroes
- Evil and alive
- his fate is left open
etc.

Personally I would prefer two extremes
1) redeemed, alive and Reylo
2) evil, alive and exile/recovering

 

Redeemed and Reylo! Because it just has to happen.

 

If TROS is suppose to end the saga, or the Skywalkers then something significant has to happen with Kylo.

Dying is not an option except metaphorically. Kylo dies, Ben lives

And if he is redeemed then people are gonna scream they're ripping off ROTJ(Not me)

So Ben returns and possible Reylo(not really a fan of Reylo)

 

Redeemed and exiled. I feel that the characters should be kept around in case they decide to make more movies down the line. He should on some fringe planet, working at a low end job and drinking away his inner conflicts. Then, in 10 or so years, some other war in the stars begins and Ben gets to meet Rey again. Now that would be a great scenario for some Reylo.

 

I just want whatever works.

What about the Knights of Ren? If they are the students Kylo left Luke's school with, could they be redeemed? What do they think about everything that has happened? How will they factor into the end?

 

He would be the anti-hero character by the second or third act of the movie.

Even though I want some backstory and personification for the KOR, it's highly unlikely to get answers to these questions. The KOR will just be an obstactle for the heroes and Kylo to overcome.

 

I think he would make a great radar technician.

I almost think they were considered unnecessary by Snoke and he made them go the way of the Dodo.

 

The way Snoke referred to the KoR and Kylo as their master in almost mocking tones hints at their true stature. At least in Snoke's eyes. They might see it differently from that ,and from each other.

I expect a power struggle involving KoR and Hux, jointly or separately.

 

Not redeemed + Reylo + Dies

 

I just want him DEAD.

I am actually not being snarky or anything. I am genuinely curious. I want him exiled alone on deep planet to stuck forever. No redemption.

 

If he dies saving Rey, that would be a good ending. Maybe people would like Rose's line in TLJ more too.

An especially poignant moment would be if he defiantly referred to himself as Ben Solo just before meeting his end.

 

If he does die it would be great if he was saving Rey from Hux.

Because he is a badly written character whose future I have no vested interest in. Also, why shouldn't he pay the consequences of his actions with his death? I don't care if he is redeemed or not. His redemption is of no consequence to me.
