SPECULATION When Snoke Meets Rey

I don't think they'll meet in a battle. More than anything, I see Luke vs Snoke, and Rey vs Ben (Kylo). The potential is there, but Snoke seems to be more obsessed with Luke than anything else.

 

The audiobook edition of The Force Awakens novelization reportedly implies, in using the voice of Snoke to read that part of the voice Rey hears in her head after besting Kylo, that Snoke has already "met" Rey.

If he truly has the ability to project thoughts into her mind, and if Luke Skywalker does not teach her how to guard against this mental intrusion, this means Snoke could possibly invoke that technique at will in the future and, at the very least, try to fill Rey's head with all sorts of conflicting thoughts.

If Snoke does have this ability, this could be partly how he was able to turn Ben (e.g. by turning Ben on himself and then Luke through misinformation).

Rey did choose not to act on the suggestion to end Kylo. She rejected the Dark Side, thankfully.

But that Snoke (or whoever/whatever) was able to get into Rey's mind, to begin with, was quite alarming and potentially provoke different thoughts, emotion, or simply confusion for Rey later in this saga.

Snoke is Darth Plagueis who created Anakin to transfer himself into. Sideous thought he killed Darth Plagueis and he did wound him badly. Sideous was going to transfer into Anakin at some point but after Anakin got Gimped in the lava, Sideous set his mind to Luke. After destroying Vader and Sideous Luke goes to Naboo and meets a girl and has a child or so. Just so happens that "girl" is none other than Palpatine's granddaughter. Rey is the descendent of Palpatine and Anakin.

Snoke having survived Sideous assassination learns of Ben, seduces him to transfer into him, but then finds out Rey is more powerful and is now seeking to seduce her rather than use Ben as his next body.

Ultimately, Snoke will be forced to transfer and it will end up being Luke . Rey and Ben will have to destroy Luke. Somewhere in there Leia will sacrifice herself to bring Ben back to the light.

Hmmmm, this, as a theory, actually finds a little bit of fascination...

...in The Matrix fan part of me, wherein Luke could be likened to Neo and Snoke could be likened to Agent Smith

...and, once Smith/Snoke has virally taken over Neo/Luke (who sacrificially allow this), Smith/Snoke can then be quarantined

...and deleted by the Light side of the Force (Light-converted Ben/Kylo + Rey).

hmmm I dunno if I like the idea of Snoke transferring himself inside of Luke...and rey and ben are forced to kill him?

I do like the idea of Snoke trying to get into Rey's mind and project thoughts and stuff which could explain how he seduced Ben to the dark side.

 

Hopefully it's not too similar to Luke meeting Sheev.

 

When Snoke Meets Rey:

Snoke: Rey, I am your father.
Rey : It's impossible !

 

Call me crazy but I think Snoke is a Skywalker. As well as Rey.

He's a skywalker, she's a skywalker, you're a skywalker, this whole god damn room is skywalkers... uhh where was I.... oh yeah that was from a Few Good Men. Sorry if I got out of line.

 

Could definitely see this happening, but without the lightsaber battle. I can't see Snoke being involved in any saber battles. But that could change upon actually seeing Snoke and not a 15 foot projection.
