Where are the plot holes?

Perhaps the fact that there is 18 hours of fuel but several days go by might suggest they are only using the fuel to course correct and avoid intercept. Thus 18 hours of fuel to expend but used conservatively.

Force Skype showed me the 8 pack, and once I have seen its glory. I can't unsee it.

 

I doubt the cruiser would have been able to handle the sheer volume of fighters in order to warrant that concern. Especially when fighting a capital ship that has a destroyed hanger bay and hardly any personnel.

 

I've spotted a good few other kinds of "holes" though...

 

Ship exhausts? We see plenty of them in the film...

Please explain where in my post I called you a name? I simply called you a liar, which is stating a fact. I'm sorry if this offends you, but you really shouldn't be so sensitive about these things.

Now please, use evidence from the films to explain the inconsistencies that I raised. If the evidence is not contained within the film, then it will forever remain an inconsistency... or should I say *gasp* a plot hole.

It's very boring to have to keep waiting like this.

I also look forward to the day where people stop asking me to find them inconsistencies in the film (because they lack the ability to do it themselves)...

Maybe then I can actually get around to trying to enjoy the film for myself... all this hand-holding *is* tiring you know.

 

There just isn't any plot holes. Nobody has provided ANYTHING yet of substance and I have been waiting because I love a good discussion/debate...

Alas, is there no one with a worthy "plot hole" to share??

Some us have shared what we consider to be plot holes or at least highly illogical situations, if you just want to mock people instead of debating I don't see the point of this thread.

Yeah, the exact same thing he is doing to everyone else who raises legitimate concerns about the movie.

You know, people who might even actually like this movie, might be driven over the edge by this persons mindless fantasy and obsession with picking holes in it.

Can you pretty please, with a substance closely resembling sugar on top, explain why the First Order is unable to simply send ships ahead to cut off the Resistance escape? Why would that not be the most logical course of action to take and when is it explained to not be a viable option within the narrative of the story? Thank you.

 

He created a thread for plot holes, not sour grape reviews. You called him a liar, when he hasn't lied once. And we are yet to see an actual plot hole.

Wow, 7 pages in and I haven't seen anyone actually defend any of the plot holes using evidence from the film.

Everyone seems to be using their own interpretations, fantasies and make-believe to try and defend the inconsistencies... oh dear... it might actually seem as though the film itself can't actually explain its own inconsistencies.

This is really sad indeed.

I really liked this film, but because of this thread it has really opened my eyes to how many plot-holes there are.
