HUMOR Which OT Character do you relate with?

i chose Lando because as much as i'm really a nice guy and i try to do the right thing, i make dumb choices and act like a jerk sometimes lol

 

Threepio.

Star Wars came out when I was ten. I was like Threepio back then - always in the way, full of useless information that nobody else found interesting, and generally confused as to why everyone around seemed annoyed by me when I was only trying to help.

 

Han Solo for obvious reasons . . . I'm a stuck-up, half-witted, scruffy-looking nerfherder too.

 

I suppose I identify the most with Yoda, and Obi-Wan the way he was in ANH.

I literally live on an island in the middle of nowhere, alone, and much like Yoda and older Ben, I enjoy solitude.

 

I voted for Han Solo because I'm dead sexy. If you doubt it, just check out my avatar since that is a picture of me.

 

Old Ben. Just sitting arournd thinking of how you could've done things differently. But still trying to attone for old mistakes.

 

For me it's Luke... I grew up in Russia with great movies about young heroes performing great deeds. The purpose of those folktales was to provide a young person a template for model behavior, to go out there and experience life. Luke goes through essentially the same journey and I could easily place myself in his stead.

 

I'd have to say Han. He won't turn down an adventure, I'd like to see my self in the same way, except I'd go on these adventures playing music instead of smuggeling.

 

I wish I could say that I relate best with Han Solo, but I had to pick Luke Skywalker. Luke is an "everyman" for a reason, and that reason is to appeal to as many people as possible because you could really see yourself in his position somehow. For me, the aspects that I relate to are his inability to get off Tatooine when he wanted to, and his struggle to find out who he is and to develop his personality outside of the expectation of his elders, not only include Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru, but Obi-Wan and Yoda as well.

So those are the aspects of Luke that really speak to me on a personal level.

 

With Luke for sure, really down to earth and he has good humor.
