Why was there a Gand head in the Bespin junk pile?

    I know that many fans have seen the IG droid that is laying on the floor of the junk pile in Cloud City when Chewie goes to find C3PO but has anybody ever seen the Gand head that is there as well? I have never heard anybody mention this before so I thought I'd bring it up. When you look at it closely you can clearly see that it is indeed a Gand head and not the head of a 4-LOM type of protocol droid.
