    The Traitor

    Lando. His betrayal and then assistance to the Jedi captures all of the political intrigue of the OT nicely and with a refreshing down-to-Earth perspective.

    When I was introduced to Star Wars as a little girl, I was in awe of Leia Organa. She was a princess and a very engaging character, as my love for the character, saga and Star Wars grew the depth and complexity of Leia Amidala Skywalker. She was oprhaned, raised by the Organa's and loved as there own; a Princess, Rebel leader and fearless woman. She was a trend setting character. Never to back down and always putting duty first Leia Organa is the perfect role model.

    From a certain point of view. One could say Vader toppled the Empire and defeated the Sith.
    What makes his death so memorable? The sheer ridiculousness of it, or his yell ;).
    Seconded :). Tarkin would be the composer though.

    Oh man, this decision's hard. I would have to choose Luke Skywalker. He matures and changes the most out of the whole "big three" throughout the trilogy.

    If we're branching out into comics... I've really enjoyed Sana. She illustrates just how much Han has changed. And I have a soft spot for Chaotic Neutral characters who lean Good.

    But honestly, folks. the Nerf Herder's where it's at.

    Darth Vader. It's all about Vader. There has never been a more visually articulated villain in cinema history in my opinion. Han Solo is a close second, because he's just so damn cool.
