    Eh, i don't think so! LOL. I believe that honor goes to Mr. Chosen One himself, Anakin Skywalker.

    I'd say my top 3 favorite characters from the OT are Darth Vader (the true best pilot in Star Wars ;)) , Han Solo, and then Luke Skywalker.

    Luke. For standing up to Vader AND the emperor instead of choosing the easy path. Sure, Leia stood up to Vader too (during her interrogation), which was very impressive, but then again she was never tempted by the dark side, her world was much smaller so to speak.

    It's tough because quite frankly Lucas created so many iconic characters. I have a soft spot for good ol chewie! He isn't as amazing as other characters like Han & Vader but he is so darn lovable and Han was so lucky to have a best friend like him. He also has a name that makes you think of chewing tobacco so that's got to be a bonus!

    Vader, until he turned back to the light. I get that it was pretty much the only logical ending, but in my head I would've preferred to see him go out trying to take out Luke.

    Return of the Jedi Luke Skywalker. Prior to ROTJ, Luke was a whiny, unlikeable little boy, still trying to understand his part to play in the Galaxy and understand the force. In ROTJ he's matured after his harrowing experience on Cloud City and some studying and construction of his lightsaber. He's garbed in black and has renewed force confidence. He's awesome. When he battles and defeats Vader aboard the Death Star he becomes the ultimate Star Wars character. And when you read the Shattered Empire comic (no spoilers), his small role in it just shows off even more of how great Luke becomes.

    I gotta say after a lot of thinking, Leia is probably my favorite character. She's just incredibly strong. Emotionally and physically. I loved seeing her becoming who she is. In ANH, she is the damsel in distress who had to be rescued by Han and Luke. But you have to think after days on the death star enduring torture from Vader, she still wouldn't give away the location of the rebel base. So she's very perseverant. Also she did sacrifice her home planet for the rebellion and still continued to fight for what she believed in. If anything, I think that fueled her strength. As we see in the original trilogy, Leia is wildly intelligent. She has such a way with words and is articulate. If I've learned anything from SW, it's how to be a great leader and stick up for what you believe in and Leia embodies just that in stunning perfection.

    Luke. He's the main hero and seeing him in ROTJ finally becoming the badass, Jedi Knight he was destined to be was cool.

    Han Solo.
    Because he is a scoundrel. Funny one at that. And also the most realistic charachter there. As in in touch with his feelings. Who is often the smartest one in the room but everyone dismiss him cuz of their own delusions of grandure. Leia, specially. And Han is so gracefull that most of the time he just take the blame for everything.

    Luke is too Space Jesus for me. Likes to whine alot in OT. The only time I ever like him is when he defies the emperor: You have failed, your Highness. I am a Jedi. Like my father before me.

    Leia is cool. But too control freaky. She so wants to control Han and dominate that relationship (ANH and ESB) and that's just ugh to me. She was better in RotJ.

    I also loved OB1....but he was in OT too little for me to bond with him. He is, along with Qui-Gon, my favorite PT charachter, tho.

    Yoda is just freaky in OT :p that piggy ride...*shudders*
