    A lot of those behind the scene roles are filled by Lucasfilm staples.
    And even more are attached to the directors. Directors work with the familiar and largely the same core group if they can.

    If those roles were women or people of color and LFL was run by white men, I'm sure we'd be wondering why LFL is run by white men especially the story group.
