    I am serious what will you do if Johnson,kennedy and the Story Group made a few decisions that you absolutely despise ?
    Or if Episode 8 suffers from other things, like bad direction,editing or writing ?


    Will you survive it, if this "what if situation" becomes reality ?(r2-d2)

    I strongly believe Rian + rest of the crew made the decisions they thought would feel right, so lets see how the movie turns out.

    No matter how the movie goes there will be some that don't like the direction it is headed. I have certain things I would love to see happen but won't be upset if it does not pan out. I think no matter what you have a great director that will make a good movie, but we may see things change or go in a different direction that some may not like. But if for some reason they bomb the movie due to directors fault I will be upset some and wait for the next movie to hopefully make up for it.

    Rian Johnson and bad directing, editing or writing? Is that even possible?

    The movie will be great, but many people will dislike TLJ because it will be a different type of Star Wars movie. The people who hated TFA for being a rehash, will hate TLJ for being too original.

    So true. There will always be haters. If it is a rehash of ESB some will hate on it, if it is original- same, if their is no DP- some will hate whatever they have in his place, it doesn't matter what LFL do, some will hate..... for me, Im happy to have Star Wars.... What ever they give us... it will be Star Wars like it or not

    I doubt it will be a flop. I have a feeling it won't be quite on par with ESB, but close enough, while being different enough to keep it fresh.

    But I've seen every movie which Rian made so far. So I'm pretty sure this movie will be more than good. This man is an excellent filmmaker. Probably the best director Star Wars ever had.

    If the movie isn't very good, then I'll be disappointed but life will go on...there are other anthology movies, tv shows, comics, and books to look forward to.

    Snoke not been Darth Plagueis the Wise has made the sequel trilogy reach max limit of available mistakes ,so already defined as one of bigest misjudgments in history of filmmaking,considering fact that Disney has been warned about this mistake in time and loudly enough by intellctualy meritous individuals and groups .
    I am free to say this is in practice enough for trilogy to fail reach its potential,but with great story in all other elements could compensate and maybe keep the standards of quality set by Lucas.
    Another one serrious mistake and Disney could easily lose billions of potential dolars on a long run by decreased market value of franchise which will sink into disconected sanbox mediocrity.

    If it isnt good, me will take a piss and a big dump over the Cliff on Skellig Michael and get Rian Johnson to produce it and release it in Theaters.
