...but Luke's hand was cut off holding the Lightsaber and could have possibly ended up in a vent shaft that dumps things out and then landed on a planet made of gas.....

Maybe it fell through the planet and then into a wormhole and into another dimension where it landed on the front lawn of Hogwarts where Bill Weasly found it then Lobot showed up...Vhlor slapped him...and took it back.

Of all the things people claim would be ridiculous to happen in TFA I cant see how that freaking saber being found isn't in the top five. I cant wait to see how they explain that. If it even happens at all.

 

I'm guilty of giving it an explanation but it requires a flashback scene that might anger some people. It's the whole third order thing, I'm pretty sure I'm the only guy who believes in it so I don't bring it up that often

I don't think we will see a flashback scene for obvious reasons. They could just have it appear within some junk someone has collected or something and not even explain it but I will thinking to myself "really?". I'd like to have no "really?" moments in TFA. I'd like to just stick with Vaders dug up mask being the only returning prop.

 

There have been rumors of a flashback that I will only accept if it's the scene I've been told it is. Even then I barely accept it. The flashback scene has to exist to explain the lightsaber though, well adequately explain

Please explain where? Tall pale skinny frickled ginger, pointy nose with a long check angled face and sqaure jaw. And then with Medium height bottle blonde with olive skin, tapped nose and sea eyes in a round face with a curving profile.

 

That is something I do not think, it's probably below all the other Gleeson rumors on my list. I do not see him like an Imperial like some people do

I've posted pictures comparing them when bringing up how I don't think Adam Driver is a Solo. Gleeson has some passing resemblance to a very young Hamill, far more so than anyone else cast (Pip Anderson has more Solo looks). While I agree it's not a perfect resemblance it can still be argued by Hollywood genetics. Something which I don't think you can do with Driver because of how distinctive his facial features are, but that's an argument for another thread.

I mean Jesse Plemons was being rumored to be in the running as Luke's son (although Magnar claims that's BS and a misinterpretation by the media). Gleeson looks more like Hamill than Plemons did.

 

What exactly did I say?

I know I've expressed my distaste on other forums for the very idea of Luke Skywalker having a son, especially one that the entire trilogy revolves around while Devin Faraci and Umberto Gonzales were pushing this notion big time in 2013 and early 2014. I've pointed to George Lucas statement from 2008 where he was like the EU story isn't what he'd do after Episode VI because "Luke doesn't get married" and Hamill's past statement that Luke would be in the old Obi-Wan type of role.

And Plemons looked perhaps the least out of all the young white male names floated like Hayden and Mark, which made me scoff at Jeff Sneider's comparison in his article.

 

That Boyega got the role Plemons was going for, not Gleeson

he could be obi wans son? In the clone wars tv series obi wan like some lady who I forgets name. So maybe he had a child while on tatooine, the wife died, and the kid was sent somewhere sillier to Luke?
