    I can see why that title would appeal to lots of fans, but it's just not for me. I'm a little biased against the word "hope" in SW at this point.

    The word 'hope' was used 3 times in Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
    The word 'hope' was used 14 times (counting opening crawl) in Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

    Whatever...not much time now for people to find out what it actually is. My only recommendation to them would've been not to go for a downer/dark/negative title.

    A/The Spark of Hope could be a title I suppose if Variety's Kroll isn't messing around. I wouldn't reuse 'Last' again consecutively, even if 'Hope' is being reused. The title 'The Last Jedi' appears in the opening crawl for Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
