Thanks! I assume it's for content, and not grammar.

Man, some days I look at my posts from the previous day and wonder if I've had one too many Corellian Ale's!:D

I prefer Jakku Light. "I don't always drink beer, but when I do, I drink Jakku Light."

GG a rebel pilot makes sense to me, but what about the rumor of him spending time on the Falcon? Guess GG is the next Porkins/Wedge?

I wonder if NN is the one flying the Falcon on Jakku? Makes sense to homage the ROTJ fly inside death star scene where they lose the radar dish, same thing gonna happen.

Makes sense that Ackbar is back, I am saying it here.... "It's a trap" line is coming in TFA!

Spending time on the MF could just mean he was hanging out on it during down time

He is not spending time on the Falcon. I clarified that in the article. This was misinterpreted by the guys from FullScaleFalcon. He was talking about a cockpit in general not the MF cockpit:

It hit me today that if what we have heard about the resistance/rebel fleet being wiped out is true, Ackbar and Mr Nunb might bite the dust in this movie

Well we have seen how clueless the rebel fleet is without Lando's leadership.

It would make a good dramatic stab to see classic RotJ characters wiped out, if TFA is a bridge story. We get the nostalgia shot-in-the-arm and made to feel this film is indeed a continuation of the older saga, then have the decks cleared and inhabited by a new vista of intrigue and danger. Not simply new and much younger characters but the sense of being dropped into entirely uncharted territory. Killing off some classic characters and destroying some classic environments and vehicles if done sensitively adds rocket fuel to the narrative's engine.

The legends version of the Code Cylinder article mentions (in the Behind the Scenes bit) that: "In the films, the code cylinders worn by Imperial officers were small pen-like radiation dosimeters." Now, it would make sense for pilots to wear rad.dose counters. (Like these: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quartz_fiber_dosimeter)

Also, I wonder if these pen things are the same things that Bossk carries in bandoliers around his legs, belod the knees? Or is that something else? (Grenades?)

I believe someone had previously posted that those were flares, and were common accessories on flight suits. Maybe still are... I don't know.

Oh, I thought that was a suggestion, not a sourced fact.
