    I agree on the issue of canon, while I like to have that connectivity, what matters most at the end of the day is the quality of the stories. I also hope they rework some of the Legends material into the new canon, it would be fun to see new interpretations of old favorites from the EU days, the Old Republic Era in particular is ripe for this approach.

    I like the eu, but the disney takeover and decanonization of it, was the best thing that could happen. In my opinion, the eu was trapped in a downward spiral since the prequels, with really very few exceptions (Darth Plagueis Novel for example)! If it weren't for Disney, i would have lost my interrest in Star Wars!

    I was never so excited as a fan as now! Not even as the Prequels arrived! The only time that compares with that for me, was the first time watching Star Wars!
