For me it's a toss-up between ROTS and ANH.

However, because ROTS builds on two previous films and a TV series, I'd have to pick ANH purely for standalone strength.

I feel that RO is better to watch over and over, as it's it's own thing. But this was still a tough choice!

I never tire of watching Aliens either! My favorite SW movie I love to watch over and over though is ROTJ.

Good choice, still get goosebumps listening to the Ewok Celebration music at the end, fitting way to end this trilogy.

Indeed! But I have to ask, which Ewok Celebration music are you referring to? Yub Nub or the one from the SE?

Probably Return of the Jedi now. I used to re-watch Empire Strikes Back so much that now I simply skip to favorite scenes (mostly Bespin), but RotJ is like three movies in one: swashbuckling adventure, mysticism galore and, at the end, big bang space battle with teddy bears. And "I am a Jedi like my father before me."

Of the new ones - Rogue One.

I couldn't vote because SW movies are just so awesome that I can't watch none of them just once and have to see them over and over again!

    TFA.
Thats why I can recite all the lines. :D

Nothing in esb can top the killing of Han moment. Made a sw fan out of me.

I find that question sooooo difficult to answer. If I feel I watched a particular episode (or film - I'm looking at you RO) most recently, I will pick one of the others. TFA included. (Urgh - I'm trying to like it, I really am). For me they all have that "watch over and over again" quality.

The Force Awakens. Not my favorite of the saga, but it's really fun and moves quickly, making it easy to watch on repeat.

Return of the Jedi. The others are really slow and take a long time to pick up and are kind of tedious tbh (I'm talking OT here). But Return of the Jedi is straight into it - saving Han from Jabba, going to Endor, and the big battle. I can rewatch it forever! Every time I watch TFA my love for it gradually deteriorates... an all right movie, but for a more irrational age.

Return of the Jedi. People like seeing the middle chapter in a trilogy because often that's when the heroes are at their weakest, right? Well I like seeing heroes at their strongest! So when Luke enters Jabba's Palace with his ominous hood and starts kicking everyone's arse while looking cool doing it my manly ovaries shatter every time because Luke has finally become the cool, kickass Jedi Knight he was destined to be! Also the emotional climax with Vader, Palps toying with Luke and the cuuuuute Ewoks!!!

And no, I will never apologise for preferring ROTJ over TESB because I swear to God the whole 'You must love TESB if you are a true fan!' circle jerk brigade does my head in!
