Only Leia was proved right about First Order and she has a military force that followed her loyally since Bloodline in spite of knowing who she is. No fancy pretender would be able to remove her from the control of the Resistance unless something unexpected happens (like her getting hurt). And I cannot imagine Ackbar, Poe &Co. following someone who just showed up, who hadn't proved themselves in the fight for galaxy's freedom like Leia did - repeatedly.

I am not sure if she is a traitor, but she gives off some serious Lady Carise vibes. Plus, the released photograph shows her to be more in line with rich as$holes Rian was talking about than scrappy freedom fighters.

• Canto Bight Sequence: Finn and Rose are on the run from the luxury/tuxedo people. They find themselves in stables. There's a stablekeeper and there's jockeys. The jockeys could be aliens or humans. Finn fast-talks the stable keeper while Rose gets the horse. Finn climbs on and they race out of there. They're trying to get to a cafe. There's a chase until the speeder shows up with the tuxedo guys and there's a shootout. Finn and Rose are being chased on the Fathier by the law enforcement. Rose does something and she is the reason they are able to escape. They ride up to the coffee shop. The exterior is what we've seen in Dubrovnik. They're there to meet a contact which may be Justin Theroux or D.J. Jason still thinks they break D.J out of jail so they may be meeting with Justin Theroux to break D.J out. They may meet the contact, the contact needs D.J, and from there they break him out. D.J ends up on the casino set from what Jason has seen. Jason is unsure of what order the casino and jailbreak scene are in. D.J could go from the casino to jail or from the jail to the casino.

• As for toy code-names, Victor could be a stormtrooper and Cool Victor could be the executioner stormtrooper. Foxtrot is Rey. Cool beta could be Luke. Guards of evil could be the Praetorian guards.
  
  
• Poe's ship which we see explode in the trailer, is messed up/non-functioning early in the movie which makes him stay in the command center and forces him to take more of leadership role in the Resistance rather than a fighter. By the end of movie, however, his Xwing is repaired with new engines making it even better than before and we will see him fight with it in the final battle. One of Jasons sources told him offhandedly that in IX, all the X wings might be upgraded to the newer engine that Poe has at the end of TLJ.
  
  
• The Falthiers are actually called 'Fathiers'
  
  
• The glove touching the book in the trailer is Luke Skywalker's.
  
  
• When Jason saw pictures of Kylo's ship at Pinewood it didn't have wings, only the cockpit was built.
  
  
• The pictures we've seen have a red exhaust, but from what Jason has seen in the actual movie it has blue exhaust like the Falcon.
  
  
• The set with the burnt ship and Knights of Ren/Kylo in Ireland could be Kylo's ship crashing and the Knights of Ren/whoever they are saving him.
  
  
• He doesn't think they're the Knights of Ren because the Pretorian Guards are so similar to them and none of his sources know anything about the KoR.
  
  
• Jason has seen Yoda props built for the film in the creature shop, but not Yoda himself. It's possible Luke kept Yoda's stuff but evidence is pointing to Yoda being in the film.
  
  
• It sounds like Luke is initially hesitant to train Rey.
  
  
• The scene with the Falcon being chased by TIE's in the trailer is likely part of Kylo's sequence where he gets shot down. This could be part of Chewbacca and R2's plot with the Porgs, where R2 and Chewie know Kylo is coming and get in the Falcon to shoot him down.
  
  
• He's heard from very reliable sources that there is a culture on AHCH-TO, and there is a nun that is a reptilian pudgy looking creature. This leads him to believe that Luke/Rey run into a monastery, where the occupants know some kind of history.
  
  
• The compass Luke owns is a box with a blue marble coming out the top, and the other part of the marble is inside the box presumably. Luke puts his hand on the blue marble and that opens the box, and inside is the compass, which is a dial with a needle. The box is golden-brown. The inside is technical steampunk almost. It has aurebesh-like writing on the inside. The symbols look similar to those on the Naboo starfigther Anakin used.
  
  
• Because of the high detail on the prop it seems important. The glove Jason saw on Luke in the pictures with the compass is the same glove that touches the book in the trailer. Luke has an orange and white backpack that looks like a Resistance backpack if they had one. The caddle prod is more something that looks like Luke would casually move animals out of the way with. He also has a wooden walking stick.
  
  
• Jason has seen a picture where the stick is leaning up against him or attached to his belt, leading him to believe it could be a training saber.
  
  
• Jason has seen every variant of Luke's costume and even what Luke eats with, but he hasn't seen Luke's lightsaber. If it's in the movie it's not being shown off or used a lot. If he does use it it could end up at the back end of the movie.
  
  
• There was a rumor said by a source that usually got things right but not all the time: Luke goes for Snoke and Rey goes for Kylo.
  
  
• The rumor is in this context: At the end of the film in a rendezvous fashion, you go after Kylo I go after Snoke, meet back at this place, the movie ends shortly after.
  
  
• He's seen no evidence of a Snoke/Leia confrontation.
  
  
• It doesn't look like Luke and Rey get off the AHCH-TO, but if that rumor earlier is true that might be their departure in the later part of the movie.
  
  
• Maz could be part of the Canto Bight story along the lines of helping the Resistance get in touch with the casino/informant.
  
  
• Maz could also show up with her pirates when the Resistance/First Order fleets cross paths at the end of the film.
  
  
• Luke wears his glove with all his costumes in the movie.
  
  
• Paige controls the turret in one of the Republic bombers.
  
  
• There is a rusty, steampunk Resistance BB-8 named BoBo.
  
  
• From Jasons notes: The first time he wrote down Crait, he wrote that it's where they fight the gorilla walkers in the third act.
  
  
• The Lego sets commonly have "fantasy situations" where there's characters that don't belong. However it's possible this could be the first sign that Rey and Luke go to Crait. Jason has not seen anything signifying Luke and Rey's departure from AHCH-TO however.
  
  
• If Crait was in Act 1 or 2, it would rule that out since Rey and Luke are training for those acts, however since Crait is in Act 3 it opens up the possibility of Rey/Luke departing AHCH-TO and Rey being on Crait.
  
  
• Kylo Ren showing up on AHCH-TO could potentially be what drives them off AHCH-TO and to Crait.
  
  
• The FO and Resistance cat and mouse game is a big part of the plot.
  
  
• The common assumption is that Kylo gets to AHCH-TO early in the movie, but there's no evidence that it happens early in the movie.
  
  
• They were told about Luke's green lightsaber by people who provided video evidence of the AHCH-TO fight but not for the lightsaber specifically.
  
  
• There is a lot of talk about Luke being a reluctant teacher.
  
  
• There's a rusty black looking shipping container that BB-8 gets shipped in, possibly to sneak him into somewhere.
  
  
• Regarding Snoke and Canto Bight, with the Resistance they could be trying to steal money or stop money. They could be stealing money to help the Resistance now that the Republic is gone, or they could be stopping these people from funding Snoke. Either way they need a hacker and they need D.J.
