Ah ok cool beans! Is religion banned as well? Is there a place where I can look at banned topics on this site?

There be one more suggestion I'd like to make if I may. I've noticed that there isn't an area on this site to talk about stuff that's in the EU/Legends. Where would one go to talk about like the New Republic, Grand Admiral Thrawn, Yuuzhan Vong, etc?

 

It's definitely avoided for the most part here. Religion and politics are always easy ways to start drama.

That is very true. That's why I might stick over here more often than TPN. That stuff was allowed and thus I why the site isn't run all that great. But that's just my opinion

If this has been already mentioned, I apologize in advance, but I haven't seen anybody mention it, so here goes:

What do people think of having alerts for all post ratings? At the moment, it's just likes that give an alert. I understand that it could get a bit tedious if every single rating gave people notifications, but it's also nice to know how posts have been received, and strong ratings like "Great Post" seem like they should deserve as much attention as a like, at least in my opinion. Thoughts?

 

you can also just go to "Ratings Received" and check there; probably easier than having a zillion alerts

 

True - which is probably why there aren't alerts for everything. It is just a number in the end.

 

uhhh, there's already an index of what ratings you've received on which posts, or at least close enough lol

 

Maybe even just having "Great Post" ratings give a notification along with likes (since they're basically a like 2.0), if there's a way to implement something like that?
