    Saw this on Reddit. It would be cool. I think it'd be cooler if Luke was blind. However, I'm not sure if either is.

    Luke encountered a blind, wealthy Sith Lord early in the 1970s era Marvel Comics; The Barron.
    I highly doubt Ren will be blind or blinded. That premise seems lame & well tread. :rolleyes:

    I also don't see Skywalker as blind, crippled, insane or ill.
    He might be depressed or feel forlorn based on events in the post ROTJ era but we will learn why I'm sure.

    There is a character that looks blind in Rogue 1 I think. So I don't think they are going to go that way.

    One of the things I really like about it is that it makes the duels with Finn and Rey more interesting and more believable.
    They can duel with him without him turning into a "lame villain".
    Also, maybe that's why Harrison Ford thought Rey vs Kylo was "fantastic VISUAL storytelling" :p
    I remember in some interviews Abrams and Kasdan talking about Driver's performance in a certain way, but need to find them again to check.

    Marvel had a different story; GI Joe, where a highly skilled Ninja(US spec ops commando) named Snake Eyes took on a few high tech bad guys in a dark cargo ship. The had NVGs & IR scopes on their machine guns.
    They were no match for Mr Snake Eyes, :cool: .

    THAT was visual story telling.

    Anyhow on the Kylo is blind stuff, doesn't make sense. At least not the visuals we have seen, Kylo looking and talking directly to Vaders helmet etc. Yeh you could aways say "but he can see with the force" but its just lame.

    Snoke if anyone looks blind. The Pale skin and pale eyes, hint at it. A Darkside user from the darkness.

    Agreed. It would work, but then I'd just be thinking of the Matrix with everything made a green numbers and that whole weird glowy stuff at the end.
