    I think TFA gave us as much ‘blue balls’ as we can handle for Luke. People have been waiting 34 years to see this guy again. Having him be ‘not quite Luke’ from the start would be pretty aggravating. Tantrism is all well and good, but it’s time for the payoff.

    I would say that the Force still works within him, but he is basically starting over on his knowledge of how to use it...until he remembers or grows in his knowledge.

    The jedi were taking younglings to train because they hadn't been influenced to a detriment. The Force doesn't necessarily care though.

    I think fanboys would have harder time swallowing that one than reylo. With the lack of him in TFA, many...many...many expect TLJ to be all about him, the last jedi being MF grade awesome....and him walking around with half of his mind would cause bigger riots than Trump's Executive Orders do :)
    I think TLJ will be exactly that..exibition of his superiority...above Kylo, for sure....it is due....en route him becomming one with the force in 9...he has no where else to go...

    Yeah indeed or what how about a force vision during the kiss were he sees TROTJ future, scary revelation and would do away with the Dagobah/Obi wan scene which I wouldn't want.
