Making Star Wars Full Synopsis

It's quite anticlimactic to have such a major character only appear briefly at the end. And what of the descriptions of him looking like a loon and the early reports that he's incredibly powerful with the force? That wouldn't really work if he's passed the lightsaber and the movie ends.

 

I think the story is very intresting... Possibly the most intresting piece put together thus far. However, I have to say I disagree with many of the points in the story. It's basically an expansion on everything in the first and second teaser with some old rumors thrown in. I understand that everything is speculation right now, but MSW and a lot of other people seem so sure that their theories and plot lines are on point, when they change with every bit of new information released. That being said, I think there are MANY big pieces of the puzzle missing from this and all of the other so called 'accurate' story lines for TFA. I don't care what anyone tells you, this early on, no amount of rumors can add up to an entirely accurate or even nearly accurate storyline. I do agree with some of the stuff mentioned in this story, and it's nonetheless a great compilation of everything we know so far with some creativity and rumors mixed in. But fear not, I guarantee you that what we don't know about TFA still far outweighs what we do know. Trust me, by the time the official trailer comes out, everyone will be modifying if not completely overhauling their storylines of the film. Just like they did between the first and second teaser, when they thought they had it all figured out.

 

Shhh...never question the great MSW. They are right even when wrong.

 

I hope we get a crazy force moment with Luke. I hope that Luke becomes the Jedi master that we all thought he would. That he is so powerful in the force that it's almost out of control. However, I also hope that Luke went a little bat blast crazy from isolation like Yoda did on Dagobah.

PS. If you never noticed that Yoda was a bit crazy in ESB you didn't pay attention to him in the PT. PT Yoda was kind, wise, and thoughtful. ESB Yoda was crazy, rude, and a bit scary.

 

2 points on Luke: I am sure I came across some news awhile back that no one, except a lucky few, have a clue about the 3rd act of the film. You'd have a better chance of finding the Ark of the Covenant right now. JJ has released multiple fake scripts and such to mislead. Remember how he had the actors walk from their trailers to the set covered up? And how he had the sign on set "loose lips sink star ships"? How does MSW or his source know if they have the "real deal"? Second, why bother having Hamill spend so much time getting in shape and grow a beard for one end scene. They could have used CGI like in Captain America, or covered him in a robe and used an applied beard, but they needed him to look ready for action.

^^^ I like this train of thought on Yoda. I also have a wish list for Luke. I want to see him bring down an ATAT Walker with the force like in Dark Empire...love that scene!

 

After rereading this synopsis the only question I have is why do so many people consider MSW a credible source of information? I really want to know I don't want to offend anyone. There are just so many things in this rumors that are so unlikely to happen that it really amazes me it has any credibility at all. To be honest I'm starting to believe the rumors about a misinformation campaign and it seems to be working perfectly.

 

Thanks for the answer but I don't quite agree with your reasoning "MSW is a fairly credible source because a fair amount of things they have said were true did come true", I believe this is actually a perfect way of misleading people. Do we know who his sources are? Are there any other sources that support this rumors? Do this rumors make any sense at all? What's the purpose of the website?I think this questions should be more important than if he was right about something in the past.

 

We won't ever know who his sources are because you don't ever release your sources EVER! as someone who took 4 years of Ethics in journalism school. They pound two things into your head. Never tell anyone who your source is, and always try to confirm the info twice. ( I have had this argument before, you never burn sources period, I wouldn't burn sources if I had info or access about the movie, even if people paid me off I wouldn't, you just don't. Period)
Second: No, because as of right now, he is the only one to have released as much as he has. Having said that, Viral on here and even some other fairly reputable posters on other movie blogs have released stuff that have connected or expanded on stuff.
Third: The rumors don't have to make sense, that's why are "rumors"
Fourth: The purpose of the website, i believe, is to post new and rumors/spoilers for the Star Wars Movies. MF.com was kinda the same case back in the Prequel Era.

 

My hope for Luke is we see him in some capacity that is the legend of his father. Darth Vader has this huge reputation, but hasn't done much on screen. Shortly after he is "knighted" by Palps, Obi wan puts a hurtin on him and all that potential is lost. He was completely menacing when I was a kid, and he carried all this "weight" around with him that demanded respect. Yet somehow he makes it through without a lot of screen time action. I'm hoping for yoda vs Palps with whatever advances have been made in the last ten years to make that happen.

And if he's half crazy, all the better...

 

This consolidation of the rumors has convinced me more than ever that we're missing multiple critical elements of the movie. I'm willing to believe most of it is true, but there are some things that just don't add up at all:

1. How can Finn possibly go toe to toe with Kylo using a lightsaber when he's never used one before? This would be a major "wait, what?" moment for the audience. Imagine if Luke had fought Vader in ANH. It would have been ridiculous.
2. It says Kylo flees into the forest with no explanation. Why? Is he really scared of one of his ex stormtroopers and a scavenger?
3. Why is the Luke scene at the end of the movie even in there? It does nothing for the plot. The movie would make sense to end with the celebration back at the resistance base. The Luke thing is like a second ending that doesn't resolve anything. Unless we're missing plot elements and events that make that ending more meaningful.

Keep in mind anything that MSW has stated that is not on his documentation is fanfiction. And some of the stuff in this story is things I've never heard heard him say before.

We saw Kylo Ren in the snow forest in the first teaser. He's pissed off and more like stalking his prey. I don't know where this comes from:

First off, Rey is the trained melee weapon fighter. Finn without time and training can't be holding his own. Preparing to die? Is that on the documentation? No? Then it's speculatory fanfiction.

There's a reason why I didn't rewrite this when I put this together. It prevents further distortion.

1. Finn in an act of courage takes on Kylo after seeing Kylo kill Han who appears to be a mentor like figure to him in the movie. I don't think it is accurate to say he goes toe to toe with Kylo as he is injured during the battle (Rey makes a trip to the medical bay to say goodbye to Finn before heading off to find Luke with Chewbacca and BB-8). Also, the title is The Force Awakens. Maybe at that moment the Force awakens inside of him giving him the ability hold his own against Kylo. That and the presence of Rey and her apparent abilities throughout the film are enough hold off Kylo but not necessarily defeat him.

2. It appears that when Finn goes down Rey takes up the fight with Kylo. During this fight, the First Order base is being destroyed and the ground around them is being destroyed from the explosions. I assume Kylo decided at this point the fight is not worth it and it is in his best interest to retreat and fight another day. There als has been speculation that he may fall off the cliff during one of the explosions leaving the audience to wonder what has happened to him

3. One of the main story arcs seems to be the hunt for Luke. This ending wraps up that arc as Rey locates him. I would assume that there likely will be some dialogue between the two of them and this meeting will be the culmination of Rey accepting her destiny which she has been reluctant to do for most of the movie n

 

The other thing missing is anything of substance about Captain Phasma. Probably intentional, I have a theory that she is who kills Han and that they filmed that scene with minimal crew/presence so that it doesn't come out until the film comes out, similar to Luke's faked dialogue during the filming of ESB to preserve that surprise.

 

Once again - how does Maz recognize the lightsaber Luke lost in ESB?

Well, to be honest, my father (who was 90 and just passed away) was kind of crazy in his older age. He thought nothing of it, he thought it was funny. But behind his sometimes crazy was a lot of humor and wisdom. Re: ESB Yoda, I guess sitting all alone on that slimy mudhole will F-up even the greatest minds!
