MARVEL Cinematic Universe

I'm seeing it Thursday, so last LAST minute speculations...I also haven't seen any footage beyond the "Tickets On Sale Now" trailer last month and the Captain Marvel Post-Credit scene, so I have no idea what's going on.

Captain America creates a weird time-loop. Like, Future Cap goes back in time to be with Peggy while Past-Cap is frozen in the ice. Weird time-shenanigans sure, but that might be a cool way to change the timeline going forward. Assuming there's time-travel of course.

Iron Man will settle down and have his kid with Pepper. Or rather, he'll form sword and protect Earth from space with Pepper. Or something like that.

Thor dies, and Thor Ragnarok 2 is about Valkyrie and Captain Marvel going to rescue him while he tries to escape Hel (with Hela?) and rescue all his fallen people. Or maybe Guardians 3 is about him escaping death with...a certain Guardian while the others look for ways to bring them back?

Vision will become human and/or retire with Wanda and their twins.

Black Widow will re-found SHIELD...or the movie version of it. I know it's still alive in the form of Agents of SHIELD. Maybe there'll be some form of reconciliation between the two?

Rhodes gets his legs back.

Falcon and Bucky go on an epic road trip.


Shipping hopes: I really want Black Widow and Cap to get together at some point because their relationship has been one of the strongest in the MCU. Heck, Black Widow's friendship with Cap has more romantic subtext than her actual romantic arc in AoU! But I doubt that'll happen, and I'd be perfectly happy to see Cap and Peggy together, getting their dance.

OT3 with Valkyrie, Captain Marvel, and Thor. But I have a feeling Thor's gonna get left out of that triangle...

 

Enjoy watching superheroes/comic book movies, of course all Marvel. Did seen Endgame and enjoyed it. Like Goose the cat from Captain Marvel.

Enjoyed it, but I rank Infinity War above. That was the pinnacle, imo.

Saw it last night! That was a MOVIE. Full and funny and great. It's NOT Infinity War Part 2. The story isn't continuing the story from IW like a Part 2 usually does, nor does it feel anything like Infinity War. Endgame is very much a sequel and very much it's own movie. Highly recommend. Weirdly enough though, this movie was so full I really don't want to see it again for a while. I mean, I will! I plan on seeing it again on Sunday if I can. But I'm on the fence about seeing it after that.

 

If you are in on the MCU then ENDGAME is pretty much perfect. It wraps up the stories that need wrapped. It provides satisfying conclusions where they have been most needed. It puts the characters on the trajectory for the future. It's funny. The action is great. It's heartfelt. It was clearly made by people who love the comics, love the characters and genuinely wanted to thank the fans for sticking with them and they made it worth it.

If the MCU isn't your thing...I don't know why you saw this tbh.

Now that we have seen the last Stan Lee cameo. I think the honor should go to the Russo Brothers. One of them was in Endgame.

 

Wonder what after Endgame, it like it ending all marvel movies.

So, what happened to Loki? He disappeared when he used Tesseract and wasn't seen again. Is he still dead dead? Just like Vision is still dead dead?

Who knows. They literally explain the time travel rules in the film, then never follow them. Old Cap shouldn't even be in the main timeline, let alone Peggy's husband, because in Winter Soldier it was revealed she married someone he saved during the war. Loki escaping should have screwed up the main timeline too, unless Cap somehow knew where he teleported and proceeded to return him shortly after escaping.

Cap should be in a new branching timeline with Peggy Carter, Loki escaping should have created a new one too. After Loki escaped, going further back in time should have still fallen under the new Loki timeline, and the Avengers shouldn't even be in their original timeline anymore... but they somehow are.

Don't do time travel kids.

Hoping Goose the Cat will appeared but it sadly didn't. Also was nerves things will happen again like last year Avengers movie. Longing for this movie to come up since after Infintley Wars last year. Was also hoping other new heroes to show up as well as returning heroes from the dead. Feel emotional when Tony Stack die and Captain America stay in the past even it's meant to be his time. Just wonder what will came next. Feel it that all about Avengers or maybe Marvel, cos there nothing in credits

Got my first negetive point cos someone think I'm trolling. I didn't say anything spoiling, just saying wondering what after Endgame.

Also wanted Captain Britain and Union Jack to have it own series or movie or appeard in an any Marvel TV series or movie

 

I thought we were good to post about Endgame here with no spoilers due to the title of the forum......at least I remember that conversation after IW.....
