May the 4th marks the release of Episode I-VI soundtrack remasters. You can listen to them for free on Spotify:

    The Phantom Menace
    Attack of the Clones
    Revenge of the Sith
    A New Hope
    The Empire Strikes Back
    Return of the Jedi

I haven't had time for a full listen yet. I've only played a couple of tracks and read some opinions (shout-out to jwfan.com forum - great, in-depth discussion going on there). Overall, the difference is pretty big, even in the prequels (example: added drums in Anakin's Dark Deeds surprised me big time - drums are also more pronounced in the opening cue, which makes it sound more like the movie version).

I think the general consensus is that this is a significant improvement in sound quality for the most part, but there are also some mess-ups here. Some edits within tracks differ from their original forms - some for better, some for worse. Apparently there's a lot of problems with Empire. Something is wrong with stereo image in a couple of tracks (check out The Asteroid Field, it's really off).

Overall, though, it's definitely worth checking out. I will definitely listen to all of them closely.
