    Serious question: Can anybody here give me an example of a NON-force sensitive person we've watched being trained to become skilled with a lightsaber?

    (Note: I wouldn't count Djarin's training with the Darksaber as being successful.)

    It's look like they'll be taking the "everyone has potential to tap into the force" route with Sabine. For me it's a drag that she'll probably end up being force sensitive. It's unfortunate. I think it would be a far greater revelation if everyone thinks she's force sensitive but ends up not being attuned enough in the force to pursue it on a "jedi" level and remains the standard Mandalorian warrior instead. I love how she's a tagger of ant-imperial slogans. They should IMO stick to those aspects of her that SET HER APART AND MAKE HER CHARACTER MUCH MORE INIQUE AS AN INDIVIDUAL RATHER THAN HAVING HER BE THE SAME OLD FS AS HOMER SIMPSON AND AND DAN RATHER. IT'S BORING.

    Trained? No. But we've seen several non-FS people still be effective as if their training happened off-screen:
    Pre-Visla (TCW)
    Bo-Katan Kryze (Rebels, The Mandalorian)
    General Greivous as @The dinh pointed out (CW, ROTS, TCW)
    Several of the Bedlam Raiders from Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, specifically Drya Thornne

    Again, most of these characerts come with the assumption that they've been trained offscreen or are at least trained enough in other weapons to apply what they know to a lightsaber, but these are the ones I can think of off the top of my head. (And not counting Finn since he was revealed to be FS later on and Sabine since we're currently speculating on her.)

    How about this: In her haste to become a "talented" Force-user, she will fall to the dark side. This new power that Baylan seeks will be acquired by Sabine in some way, enhancing her. And Ahsoka or Ezra will be forced to stop her.
