    I agree with this, as Rebels is early on the OT storyline. If she DOES end up being the Emperer's hand, he just hasn't noticed her yet...

    Why not? Ashoka was a force to be reckoned with at 13, why not an evil version of that? I think a 15 year old inquisitor would make a great foil to Ezra. We already know the emperor is kidnapping young force potential kids and training them.
