because of everyone commenting in this thread and the one where that translation was first mentioned that keep speculating that it is a hint about Nov 27 of this year instead of last year.

 

Ok. I thought it was initially more about the comic connection:

 

It's RIDICULOUS how similar those stories are to each other.

Here's a new theory of mine:

All of those precious concepts that leaked were all scrapped concepts from the original script. These concepts were then taken from the scrap room floor and put into the Legacy comics. Abrams let those leaks out to throw everyone off.





Or have these comics been out for years already? No idea, never read any EU.

The Ania Solo & friends Legacy Volume 2 early story was baked in 2012. Issue #1 is dated March 2013. That's the one where the street smart junk dealer who lives on a backwater Outer Rim planet named Ania comes across a lightsaber and she tries to sell it.

The creative team isn't drawing parallels to Episode VII but they might be keeping themselves in the dark.

Anakin/Vader is trying to steer Luke to the dark side. To be the "Powerful ally" mentioned in ESB.

 

btw. is the avatar you are using a "leaked" pic or is it photoshoped stuff? Well I saved it in my Episode 7 folder, there I save all the ep 7 pictures. ^^

Vader is a force ghost. That cant work, i guess?
Also, I want new stuff in the ST, I dont want to see Vader again.

he wanted to bring Luke to the dark side because he did not want to kill his son.

 

Its not Vader, if anyone its Sidious. Vader SAVED his son from the Emperor remember? Someone so consumed by the Dark Side no longer feels such moving emotions.

 

Or Plagueis.

 

I don't see how it could be Anakin/Vader. He is a spirit, one with the Force, because of his redemption. Although I can see if someone with Vader's helmet is impersonating him, since not many know he's dead, or shouldn't know he's dead. It may be possible for his spirit to communicate with Luke, Leia or his grandchildren, in a possible temptation of the darkside.

What I do find interesting is what Vader would have thought after Obi-Wan's sacrifice, how someone could just disappear or what he meant about being more powerful than you can imagine? Did Vader seek out Qui-Gon's guidance afterward? He had to have learned it from him, unless Anakin and his line naturally have that ability.

 

Qui-Gon seems to be pretty important. I dont want to see him again tho! I want the old cast + NEW stuff. It would be a shame to lose amazing Star Wars minutes with stuff that we already know pretty well. Let's keep in mind, that the story group and the writers will come up with something that is beyond our knowledge of Star Wars, because they can create it! They are Plagueis, they have the force to create life from scratch!

 

I just want to mention, that we have no official hint or anything that says a teaser is coming soon... it will come when it comes and it will most likely be un-announced. I remember holding very high anticipation on x or y date to be the date for the cast announcement, and it just eventually came unexpected, just like the title announcement. It may be wiser to not expect a teaser this year. Carry on.

 

I'm still surprised we haven't gotten an official tweet from Bad Robot about the Wrap of filming or start of post...The mystery box has been awfully quite lately
