Luke Skywalker is totally in this film a lot. And so is
Han Solo and Princess Leia. They all talk to each other in at
least ten scenes. Those rumors you heard about the movie
were total bantha poodoo. Luke uses his green lightsaber like 4 times.
They all fly on the Millennium Falcon together. Luke kicks lots of ass
as a jedi master now, and the ghosts of Obi Wan, Yoda,
and Anakin (Sebastian Shaw, not the other guy)
also hang out with him.The new X-wings are really cool.
Oh, and some drama has happened with Han, Leia, and Luke's
kids between now and the last movie. I'll just stop writing here
so you can stop reading and go watch this
awesome kick ass movie already. It's almost as good as
Empire Strikes Back, and is totally worth the 30 year wait....​

You all may laugh, but I can confirm that that is not the official opening crawl for the next star wars movie.

It has been thirty years since the Galactic Empire has fallen.
ANAKIN SKYWALKER has defeated his former master
PALPATINE ushering in a decline to the Empire. The Rebel Alliance
has reformed into a NEW REPUBLIC. Small sects of the former
Galactic Empire still thrive on in the FIRST ORDER. They continue
to fight against the new government in all-out war even at the cost of
lives. Led by the ruthless GENERAL HUX, he will stop at nothing to
defeat the RESISTANCE led by LEIA ORGANA-SOLO.

After constant skirmishes, Hux wishes to attack with his forces using
an ally: KYLO REN. First Order troops, led by CAPTAIN PHASMA
have received word of the whereabouts of something of importance
on the desert planet of JAKKU and are told to retrieve it
by any means necessary...​

Nearly thirty three years have passed since Empire was defeated by a small group of rebels.
Due to marketing reasons we at DISNEY have decided not to include a spoilers or other information in this scroll. We continue to fight against fan boy/girl leaks and spoilers. You are now sitting down in the theater watching the film and we feel we don't need to convolute our NEW Canon any more than it already has. We kept all of you poor saps on the edge or your chair at home waiting for that FULL trailer. The joke was on you when you found out that we gave you very VERY minimal information.

So, sit back and GET the BIG three out of your minds because this isn't about HAN, LUKE and LEIA anymore kiddos. It is about a new chapter with SKYWALKER lightsabers flying through space and landing on the surface of a planet. A film where you have a bad guy called SNOKE and a good guy called FINN. A place where there are no PLANETS from the original trilogy and a heck of an actor named MAX reduced to a few lines.

On the bright side, you are finally in the theater getting set to watch a sequel that took years to make. We can only hope that you like it and you will continue to FEED our NEW EMPIRE and visit our STAR WARS LAND at Disney Parks. Poor George Lucas got only four billion and we already have made five 5 billion from toys.....................
