    At this point anything is possible. I'm ready for a new trailer and some more official info. The problem with concept art is it is just that,concepts. They can be changed multiple times or not even make the final film making them tough to speculate on.

    The Cyborg everyone was talking about months ago turned out to be Kylo Ren. The one seen in the concept art is Kylo Ren. The "Montross" concept was rumored to be Max von Sydow but turned out to be a part of a group of pirates.

    It's more likely the cyborg is Kylo Ren or Andy Serkis' character. If you don't think that dude in the concept art is evil looking I don't know what looks evil to you. Also, we saw concept art of MvS leaked and he looks completely human.

    In the OT Storyboard Book there are some ideas that seem like they were used for TFA. Specifically the Luke cave scene reminded me of this Cyborg / Rey concept.

    That cyborg is Kylo Ren. And Darth Vader in the village burning concept art is also Kylo Ren. They hadn't finalized his appearance yet so they used different placeholders at different stages. I don't think there IS a cyborg.

    I agree with the idea that the cyborg we see was either a placeholder or just part of the evolution of developing the villain. Perhaps a cyborg was actually an idea with steam and then the idea was nixed because we've already had a cyborg of a sort in Vader. Perhaps the mask idea came along to set him apart from previous Sith in films. Yes, Vader wore one ... but that was out of necessity. I think Kylo wears his just to be foreboding.

    I don't know why so many of you still going on that the cyborg is a villain. I don't believe the cyborg will be Kylo ren nor Plagueis (if that who the other is), but rather Max von Sydow who just lends his voice, and MO-Caped by Andy who I think is Mo-Caping two characters. 1.Cyborg 2.Plagueis
    Cyborg is going to be somewhat of an Obi-wan type not force user old pirate perhaps, an old friend of Han Solo.
