    The trailer was a let down to me (but I was not excited for TLJ and I loved it)

    Skywalker in the tittle. After all some persons of this forum were right. But I liked most the 1st April fools day than this one (The Skywalker Heir).

    Should I be use to a posible apparition of Palpatine in this movie? Kind of confused now....hhehehe

    It is odd that he's holding the staff, it's a relatively unimportant prop after TFA, but she still has it this far along. Interesting.

    I wonder if "Skywalker" may become a title, like Jedi or Sith or Knight of Ren. I wonder if Rey trains new "Skywalkers" and starts a new order with that name. The title just gives me that vibe.

    Looks like they took a lot of inspiration from TFA and reused some ideas, like the sinking death star or lightsaber vs fighter.

    TFA's teasers and trailers will always be my highest rated. Maybe that's fueled by nostalgia, but when they came out they were game changers. The full TFA trailer is still (for me) the best trailer I have ever seen.

    I definitely agree with this take...I would wager that's what's gonna happen - Rey is a skywalker, not by birth, but on her merit / acheivments. It's a nice way of technically giving the fans what they want (rey being a skywalker) without changing what they already said in the movies (that rey is not a skywalker).
