    It´s interesting there is no evidence of a grave or altair made of stone in the description of Rey and Luke´s meeting scene.
    Could it be just a random rock? I hope it´s not but I think it would be mentioned in the script if the stone was important.

    A lot of the scenery filmed on that particular location was forbidden to. Touch so it is most likely just a cooncidence unless it's retconned into the canon .
