    The fans loved SW and made it what it is. The least they could do is respect the original vision and legacy. Star Wars/GL had the real potential to be equals with the works and likes of Shakespeare, Tolkien, Alighieri, Tolstoy, Homer, Faulkner, Dostoyevsky, Dickens, Twain among others. That vision/legacy is forever at the very least very badly tarnished and quite likely forever gone now because of this dumpster fire of a ST. Ironically enough, the modern day Disney Corporation is actually destroying the vision/legacy of it's very founder Walt Disney himself. I find it even yet more ironic that LF and Disney are both destroying the vision/legacy of their respective founders. George might not publicly admit it, but I'd bet the farm he's pissed and regrets his decision to sell.

    This ST misses for me on everything that I loved about SW. What are your thoughts? Obviously this thread doesn't include Ep 9, but we all know how that's going to turn out lol. Please don't forget to vote in the poll. Thanks.
