Wrong movie. This is for Ep VIII not R1. Reshoots for R1 have already taken place.

But yeah, with so much time on their hands, they might be saving the rest of their time until december 2017 on vfx shots or something like that .

I agree that we need one. ;)

Idk if they will wait that long but I'm sure they'll have pick ups and Lupita still hasn't filmed her scenes yet.

If her scenes were so last minute with TFA then I think she wont film her scenes until AT LEAST SUMMER 2017 realistically .

Carrie Fisher spoilers on Ep VIII. Maybe. :)

It's Carrie, read what you'd like into it.

Speaks about her son Ben (a Nazi), speaks about Kenny Baker, Peter Mayhew, and her needing help as well in a.. floating scene, ;)
was asked about Rey being her niece.. and gives quite the answer. Starts at about the 32m mark for that one.

If you want the spoilers without watching head to the episode VIII speculation thread.

Is he talking about the scene on Dagobah where Luke kills Vader? And that sort of worries me if that might be what the vibe is. I don't know how I would feel if the movie has the vibe of a dream state of what-ifs and too much mysticism

That would be a cool scene if proven.

Personally for me, there can never be too much myticism in Star Wars. Some of my favorite parts in the entire saga were the discussions of the Force such as the dagobah cave, yoda's monologues, and the discussions over whether or not a certain boy is the prophecied one.

Well they gotta do something to make Rey and Luke storytime on Ahch-To not be boring. I wish Rey was fighting monsters and stuff while spelunking and diving and exploring ruins instead of exposition which will not hold up on rewatches. I think the Luke-Dagobah stuff is the weakest part of TESB upon rewatches. It's great the first time, but I just want it over with ASAP when I rewatch that movie. The other parts of that movie with and without Luke are stronger.

I can't disagree with you more. I think Luke on Dagobah is one of the strongest points of the movie even upon rewatches.

True it was great in the movie called 'The Empire strikes back', noone needs a copy of this movie and instead an original story. ;)

I mean, Luke on Degobah was a pivotal point of the whole trilogy. That's where we we're introduced to Yoda and his philosophy that has, in those very scenes, been an intigral piece of the star wars universe for crying out loud.

True and it was great and a perfect part of the story, but as I said in my previous post, even if something is great, I don't need another exact copy of this. ;) I mean all the MSW descriptions with the frustrated Rey about Luke's teachings sounds so much like ESB that it is not funny anymore.

True indeed. This episode needs to tread upon some new territory. I agree, no carbon copies of the carbon freeze. Your conversating with a guy that want's a female red saber wielder and even something as original as the Yuuzhan Vong on the big screen; I'm open to the new.

    404 on that page now...

Surely they don't need to advertise for extras in Sheffield though? Can't they can just call Sean Bean??
