In what I was proposing, I was merely implying that Snoke might be a servant of the force (being the Prime jedi)
By the description on Snoke's page. It is clearly not balanced since it states : the prophecy never predicted the end of darkness.
If you want to restore things in a neutral state, you end what remains of light (the last jedi) and start all over

 

That Luke has abandoned the Force is very controversial. Imagine a new season of The Simpsons where Marge has abandoned her family or a sequel to the Lord of the Rings where Aragorn has abandoned Gondor.

 

I would argue Aragorn starting in a position of having abandoned Gondor would have been much better writing than.... well what Tolkien wrote.
At least they gave the film version *some* reluctance and arc. Maybe. Just a tiny bit.

Killing in war is horrible, I agree, but do you equate what the Allies did to stop Hitler as an equal evil to what evil that Hitler did? There is also the fact that the page says nothing about balance. It says that Anakin put an end to the Sith. It then insinuates that Snoke is a continuation of the darkness. Now you are here claiming that all of the light must be destroyed for things to be neutral... By that notion, the US would do well as a nation to set everything back to neutral by ridding itself of everyone who votes one particular party. That is not how "neutral" or "balance" works.

 

1. I will never know how the world woked before (and by that I mean centuries) aside from what is written in history books and I can't access the timeline in which Hitler won to see how the world is there.

2. It says nothing about balance but : The fulfillement of an ancient prophecy foretold the end of the sith, but it never predicted the end of darkness
the prophecy in the PT is always reffered to as : "the chosen one who is supposed to destroy the Sith and restore balance to the force" doesn't that sound like it went beyond what was expected.

3. No in this instance you get rid of all parties

As far as the prophecy goes, the council agreed that the prophecy may have been misunderstood.

 

it will be funny if Rey is the one to kill Luke.

An underground Lightsaber duel looks more and more likely, like the opposite of the sky city duel in TESB but rhyming.

 

Sounds like a good movie to me. But it still doesn't give all the context really and I'd say still things that will be quite surprising. I think they were careful with this book to not give exact info just subtext.

Massive leak that enabled us to crack central important things about the TLJ.
As I am concerned I am spoiled to the point I am sorry for my dwelling into a details of it .
For the first time I am sorry and understand burdeon of leaks.

 

I see why people may think this but I think that's a bit too dark. I don't ink we need to be beaten over the head with how depressed Luke is. We all get it, him attempting ritual suicide would be overkill in my books and unnecessary.

Its still a family film, suicide is going too far.

 

I think he probably was just the first Jedi literally and also the first that became corrupted by the dark side. He is almost all dark now. The VD has something in there about the the force having big swings being out of balance at times. Forgot the exact wording they used.
