IMG_0442.JPG Well how dedicated are you?
Would you put a Jawa tattoo on your arm or a Tuscan Raider on your neck?
Maybe you already have Star Wars tattoo or tattoos. Tell us what you have or what you would want to have. Post a pic ( but please use discretion!)

Same. I've never fancied tattoos of any type. Don't want to grow old and and have one in a place that doesn't look the same like it used to :p

I have a mate who's had an alliance logo on his upper right bicep since 1992... it seemed quite cool and unique at the time, but I've seen so many tattoos since that it's kinda lost it's appeal for me. ...well, that and I'm getting too old and know whatever i got done would look ridiculous as I get older - unless I got one of the Emperor and it wrinkled more as I aged :)

True but that was really the only thing I could think of to get it small enough to be able to be hidden by my watch but still look good. I wouldn't want a tiny yoda, Millenium Falcon or tiny R2 or BB-8. The Rebel Alliance logo is more uhmmm overall represention of the entire franchise than a character and/or ship and would still look good in small format.
Plus I wouldn't care if it is original or not. The tattoo would be solely for me and would be a part of me and represent something for me personally.

But I do agree with you about how a tattoo would look like when i'm 70 years old. :p And I know that I'm just not a tattoo guy :p

(I also misread you post XD sorry for that :p )

I want two sleeves, one for light the other for the dark / bounty hunter themed. I found a great artist very expensive so when I make my decision I will start. Great thread will be following for ideas.

Most sleeves in general are really expensive...the colors arent necessarily expensive but it has to do with more time and it can take weeks and multiple sessions depending on what you're getting

Yes the person that recommended me said the same exact thing. $300-600 per session(2-4hours per) but the artist is very talented and he takes his time to get exactly what you want. I was amazed by my friends sleeve, and he told me where to go. He did his research and found a reliable artist.

My first martial arts school, once you became a disciple, you could get a white tiger tattoo symbolizing tiger claw kung-fu, or a green dragon on your forearms. So I've been thinking of getting tattoos for a long time. Now that I'm studying Filipino martial arts and MMA, I've decided to get my own, since martial arts and SW/force are so dear to me.

    Not yet a tattoo.
If I had to have one, I think it would be something written in aurebesh (perhaps my first name, or just my initials), rather than a SW character or a SW meme written with our "earthly" letters (you know, something like "do, or do not, there is no try" or "I got a bad feeling about this" or something else)
It would certainly take place on my arm.

I have many tattoos. Telling the story of my life and loves. Current plans are to have a Yoda silhouette filling a the gap on my right arm at the top my wrist. But I am also planning on having a couple of detailed Star Wars based portraits done on my left thigh. Like I say though,I haven't actually got the SW tats just yet, hopefully will by the end of the year.

I have one tattoo, but nothing SW related.
I've thought about doing some R2-D2 "paneling" or patterning kind of as a shoulder plate or something to that sort. But that's probably more involved than I am looking to get done.

Cool idea! I really like this.. I may steal it. :)

I've been wanting to get the Rebel Alliance symbol for awhile now. Not sure where yet. But I can safely say it will be a different location than @SkywalkerGirl ;)
