    I think it's just a staff... The Bespin lightsaber has massive significance and it would weaken the plot if the person who finds the lightsaber (inside BB-8) already happens to have one attached to a staff she's been using for a bunch of years.

    Well some leaks have her and Finn dueling Kylo...

    So if one of them is using Luke/anakins lightsaber... another lightsaber has to come from somewhere.

    Possibly Wampa Saber from Phasma... Maz Kanatas lightsaber if she is a Jedi... Kira having a saberstaff (if that is indeed what it is)... or even Lukes green lightsaber...

    I always pictured the fight sequence starting with Finn and Rey chasing Kylo on foot. Rey gets slowed down, maybe she trips, maybe storm troopers catch up with her, so that when Finn gets to Kylo he has to take him on alone. They fight for a while and Kylo forces the saber out of Finn's hands and it rolls to Rey, who has just caught up in time to save Finn and continue the duel.... I don't think we will see a two on one fight like the duel of the fates, rather it will be more like Attack of the clones where there are 3 combatants, but circumstances force them to attack one after another.

    In the scene where Finn tosses Rey the lightsabre and "together" they fight Kylo, how would this work with only one weapon?

    I want to know this info came from. He hasn't mentioned anything about Han giving Rey his blaster or her getting tipsy at the bar before. He didn't even include it in that synopsis. He doesn't credit any source or say if it's speculation.

    It's like he can't tell the same story twice without changing or adding details.

    Lets keep our imaginations open shall we . . . perhaps she uses the Babykiller to fashion a saber staff. This would make perfect sense. She uses the crystal and fittings to fashion a saber that fits her personality and talents.

    This keeps the significance of the pursuit of Babykiller but also gives it the new characters individuality. I would be all for this.

    Maybe he keeps getting more info building on what he already knew... His version of the plot is already pretty much completed, now he's adding details that don't have much to do with the Plot.

    How is his version of the plot completed? He doesn't explain any of the important plot details at all. So far it's just a bunch of disconnected scenes which make no sense and leave little room to speculate on an actual plot that would fit with them and make sense.
