    I was thinking today about Rey and the Falcon.

    The Millennium Falcon was involved in the Battle of Jakku and has become a piece of junk in a junk yard. As a scavenger, Rey took a liking to this relic and as a hobby has spent her days trying to get it up and running. She has even scavenged a new dish.

    I just mentioned this on another thread but this thread seems more appropriate. Kennedy has made it quite clear that Rey is going to be pretty bad ass with that staff. If we take MSW/SW7N/SWU as more than likely credible, she basically uses luke/anakins sabre to save finn but in reality the sabre is more about getting to luke and accepting her destiny than it is about her just using the sabre. So when it comes to VIII, are we going to see a Jedi Rey with a double-bladed sabre because she became so efficient with the staff?

    If Rey-Luke talk at the end and luke says something akin to "we have work to do" i think i might just die :D

    Not only is she likely the main hero (and not the villian), but there is little doubt that she is descended from the Skywalker family (whether a Skywalker or Solo). Everyone has noted the resemblance of Rey to Leia and Padme, but I just came across this picture of Shmi and it seems she is a dead ringer with a couple of decades added on: databank_shmiskywalkerlars_01_169_7449f0a8.jpeg

    Well this is probably true with her parents, we will see in the future, I know it was me who wanted to know about the mother angle but I kind of feel bad at saying that now. Just be careful not to put any private pics up. In fact lets wait for official ones. Private life is private, lets keep it at that :)
