    Well with this fanbase its the ultimate task;). but when you see who ditched out you gotta admit, that guy got balls! and he handled two other franchises (MI and Star Trek) I am under the imression, he is one of the few who can pull this stunt. Bringing Kasdan and the Big3 back in the game is the right move, with Lucas/Arndt we didn`t even get that "one" luke scene;) at the end.

    That's good. I think adding a peaceful "disagree" rating would calm some tempers around here...especially when exchanging messages with MSW.

    I jumped out my chair and punched the air in victory when JJ was announced as director. I was seriously depressed about this movie before that announcement, purely because I thought he wouldn't do Star Trek AND Star Wars. Been a massive fan from the moment I saw the way he directed the Lost pilot, we can only hope that the script is good.

    I trust JJ implicitly.

    I've never been a Trekkie, so his reinvention of that series didn't push my buttons. I found them incredibly entertaining. Well cast, well directed, well shot and well scored.

    Super 8 was a love letter to the movies that instilled wonder in me as a child. He cemented himself as a director that could really effect me emotionally.

    I don't get motion sickness, so I really liked Cloverfield in a time that giant monster movies weren't even being attempted.

    He loves this world and he has the funding that only Disney can provide.

    I'm so excited.

    So you think JJ reads this? Maybe we should dtart a thread to have Disney sell movie programs at the theatre like they did in 77, 80 and 83. A great throw back to the original films. Nothing fancy just a souvenir program. I'm sure they will sell quickly. JJ I hope you get this.

    Here is what can be said of JJ like Joss Whedon. When they make a movie they never leave the theatre seat. They are fans and they construct a grat piece of entertainment. I CONSIDE HIM THE SPIELBERG OF THIS TIME! HE'S LIKE A KID IN A CANDY STORE!!

    I really believe JJ hit it out of the park. I have loved him as a director since I saw Trek-what he did with that I thought was amazing.

    I haven't seen this posted much, and the trailer is certainly life-changing, but more than anything else I'm proud of him and KK for working so hard and using their position to combat huger around the world.
