watching in 1080p, there are numerous tri-blade sabres on the battlefield. Interesting that they are now suggesting that sabre-users made that design common.

Plus the visual dictionary goes into detail about kylo's sabre being designed off sabres on Malachor. So whom from the OT or ST went to malachor?

Good analysis on both Maul and Ahsoka.

It seems to me people are confusing 'Twilight' for 'Death'. It's not called Death of the Apprentice and many folks just seem to assume that in this case 'Twilight' is just a way of teasing a 'Death' without them actually saying it. Twilight can mean one's last moments/hours/days/etc. So I guess it depends on if we only see the 'Twilight' part in this episode or if we get to see the very end (death) of someone. Being that the show is also geared for a younger audience, I'm not sure we'll get resolutions of the final fates of all these characters even by the end of the series.

The other thing 'Twilight' could indicate has nothing to do with death but instead would come from the other definition it has: The time right after sunset, when there is still the smallest reflection of light. In Star Wars this would refer to someone going dark, as in, dark side of the force. We know Ezra is headed down that path. So without a doubt the title refers to Ezra. It's just a matter of who else it might refer to and I think it could be argued that it refers to Maul and Ahsoka even if they don't die in this episode. Maul v Vader would be a big draw for next season, not that the season would focus on that, but that's a reason to keep him around.

It sets up perfectly for a cliffhanger regarding Ezra's turn dark. In a sense the title tells us nothing because it would be somewhat surprising if Maul, Ahsoka and Ezra make it into the 'A New Hope' timeline. What I'm saying is we were already assuming these characters (especially Maul and Ahsoka) were in the twilight of their lives before we learned of the episode title.

Okay this makes me worried. Thanks for the link! Btw, what does Ezra say right before the Inquisitor attacks?

Does that kind of flirting ever work in real world?

Will this be how the Ahsoka/Vader duel will end? With hugs.

Welp. Thanks for the article... When Filoni says dark, I can't help but wonder just how dark this will be. TCW weren't so much on the light side, either...

No problem it's going to get very dark for Ashoka, she thought she could leave her jedi past & move forward but somehow she knew she would have to come back. I agree TCW hadn't reached it's dark potential maybe this was being saved for the rebel series,

    Great family cast pic.

I did find TCW fairly dark, actually, for example all the later episodes with Anakin, Padme, and his jealousy, the whole arc of Ahsoka leaving and Barris' betrayal, Order 66... Though it could have gone a little longer and probably become full-on dark.

I think the only fall on dark episode I found was the Mortis mission were the three jedi's encounters with the darkside & the light were tested.

I really like the Kanan character but look at the video, in the middle of a Sith temple with Inquisitors constantly hunting him, he doesn't have his lightsaber assembled. Too stupid to live!!!

I know I saw it, it made me jump to when the inquisitor attacked, he didn't expect one there, anyway that's your opinion, noted;)

So Lando's returning in Season 3. His last outing was more entertaining than the Leia episode.

You didn't think ashoka doing a quadruple decapitation was dark? or any of the maul eps, especially the one with sabine's aunt?

Oh, forgot that, good one. Wait, did you just say, Sabine's aunt? Do we know that for sure?
But anyway, assuming you mean Satine, even Palpatine didn't take as much pleasure in his doings as Maul watching Satine die on Obi-Wan's arms. I may or may not have cried. Though this Separatist general picking on them before Anakin pops in does come close.

No I think her darkest moment was when she killed the trandoshan leader after he wanted revenge for the murder of his son.

Pretty much. I have to go back to an old rebels recon, but Filoni says something like "you might even say her mom was there when it happened" and then it does a zoom in close up of Bo-Katan. Its the rebels recon for the episode where they fight the mandalorians for a hyperspace route. I can't look it up at work.

Thanks for this one. Interesting that the article indicates multiple deaths (or more than one, at least).

Did any cantina members get invited to the screening? I'd love to get more early, non-spoiler reactions.
